What a great find in Syosset. Came here for lunch on a whim and had a great experience.They have a variety of brick oven pizza options along with a few salad, panini, and other Italian tapas.The pizza we got was delicious and cooked perfectly. Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time.The owner served us and was such a nice guy. This place is definitely a must try if you're in the area and craving pizza.
Great little find. The owner has a passion for making great personal “pizza”. Pizza is in quotes because it was more than pizza. Their dough recipe is better than your usual pizza dough. The owner knows how to meld flavors together, instead of just throwing on bacon and bbq sauce, which is what some places do.The owner recommended the Blueberry pie, which we were leery of, so we ordered a Contadina pie also, just case we didn’t like the Blueberry pie… Totally unnecessary...
Luca and Fotini are the greatest hosts and owners of this wonderful wood fired pizza spot. Every pie we have tried has been a home run!Great people and great food- what more can anyone want?
