I ordered 1 egg sandwich was becpk on a plain flat bagel was $9.18 and was not very enjoyable bagel was hard and bacon was very fatty .. this place was very good when they first opened .. now the quality has gone down and you have a 50/50 chance or getting wrong items on your order if you don't double check it

Way overpriced for sub par food. Ordered a BEC on a bagel, 8.4oz red bull (4.99) and a 32oz cranberry juice (4.75). My total was $19.99. So the microwaved bacon, cold egg and cheese on an stale bagel was the rest, plus tax.

There is no way to reply so here is my reply to your inaccurate response.My review was all factual. I was told to pickup my order at 9, which was 30 mins after I ordered. I ended up waiting > 20 mins at your store. I did wait > 50 mins for my order. If you cannot handle your orders, stop taking them. But please don’t justify your mistake / incompetence by being defensive and rude.Mgmt did not try to talk to me. After waiting patiently, when my order was finally ready, I politely told your manager that I waited > 50 mins for the order. Shen then gave me many excuses of being busy, with a lot of attitude. She was unapologetic. I didn’t argue. I quietly left.You do a great job servicing your customers? In my case, all evidence to the contrary.I’m being accused of being a person using the internet to hurt someone’s business? All evidence to the contrary. Over the past 6 years, I’ve written 6 reviews. I rarely write one. Excluding your review, all 5 have been stellar reviews (5 of 5). Not worth my time writing a bad one. But in your case, I made an exception. I’m simply sharing my experience, which was subpar. Please don’t accuse and attack your customer (former) for writing an honest review because it’s not a good one.

There appears to be new management and staff and this represents a major improvement. We stopped going to this eatery a year ago because of how poorly it was run. We finally decided to give it another chance and we're thrilled to see it being run by a new team. Keep up the great work.

Very disappointed. The staff is not very helpful. They also do not speak English well. They speak fluent spanish . Trying to order food and communicating is difficult. I find that to be a problem here in America.

spectacular service and the wait time for my order wasn’t too long and it’s a clean nice place. i recommend the Philly cheese steak breakfast bowl

I love their breakfast!!

So my original rating was five-stars for years, but the past three times I've been to this location I have been served spoiled meat. This is a shame as I really did enjoy this restaurant for breakfast and lunch. But if I have to worry about my meat being spoiled then I can no longer eat there. Sadly I no longer recommend this place.
