Ordered 1 lb of Rainbow cookies and Pignoli cookies for my birthday yesterday, they were stale and dry. The Pignoli cookies were hard as a rock. Will never go back there again ! I went back today to let them know about this spoke to the manager who said they are the same recipe as before. They are not , I let her know I will never go back again.

I ordered a cake on 11/23/24 to pickup today 11/27/24. The cost was $38.00. I asked for Thanksgiving decorations on the cake and I showed the fellow working there what I meant. I picked up the cake today at about 10:00 am and it did not have the decorations I showed the fellow who took my order. The women working behind the counter argued with me telling me I did not order the Thanksgiving decorations. She did not offer to fix the cake. All I can say is she did not take my order and she has a lot of nerve arguing with me about what I ordered. I live local. I will not be buying another cake from you and I will share my story

I just picked up a cake I ordered and eventhough I asked for certain things for decoration, they didn't put them on. And the person who gave me the cake was arguing with me about what I ordered saying she was there when I did, and she wasn't the one I placed the order with. With the price they charge they should keep their customers happy. Needless to say, I will not be bying any items there again.
