Dirty and rundown. Everything felt filthy as soon as you walk in. Three kids working there, one was just walking around and drinking a Red Bull, and the one at the cashier had one AirPod in, and filled my vanilla soft serve (which was 6 dollars btw, insane price) nowhere near the brim, and when I sat down to eat it, I honestly couldn’t stomach it because the place looked so run down I could only imagine what the fridge and the back looked like. Save your money and go to another cleaner carvel or the Ralph’s ices down the street. I love carvel, but I am was just appalled by this one. Avoid at all costs!

Happy Chinese New Year! Today I came in and ordered two ice cream sundaes to go that I served as dessert after a Chinese food luncheon in celebration of the holiday. BOY WAS I IN FOR A BIG SURPRISE! First of all, the employee who took care of me was super nice, helpful and extremely OVER THE TOP dedicated to making sure I would have an amazing time in his shop. Once I told him that I was serving this ice cream to celebrate the Chinese New Year, he immediately asked if he could give me some red and gold sprinkles to make these ice cream sundaes more festive! I was thrilled with what he put inside a cup to go…! Next, I would love to express my gratitude to how I was treated for this entire experience. I wish that I asked for this employee’s name because he truly was remarkable and professional in every way. Finally, the results: My friend and I LOVED the ice cream sundaes with soft vanilla and chocolate ice cream, delicious and artful sprinkles and hot fudge. It definitely could not have been a better idea than to come into this location of Carvel. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a delightful uplifting experience with your ice cream selection! 100% awesome!!!!!!! Five stars all the way!!!!!

This Carvel location has awesome service and the best ice cream cakes I’ve seen anywhere. The designs are amazing! They also have great milkshakes, ice cream, and a lot more. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Could not of been more pleased with my experience. Not only was the wedding cake perfect but they delivered it the day of. Ordering was super easy and they took the time to show me different options and were so helpful. 10/10 recommend!

My only problem is when a business posts hours of operations such as this one that says open until 11pm and you show up at 10:50pm and they are closing the store down. I had a disappointed group of people. That’s not how you do business.
