They helped make a custom cake for my daughter’s 9th birthday. I sent a design and they took over the rest and did a really nice job. Have used for past birthdays and will continue using for future birthdays. They also make the cakes gluten free!!

This place smells like stool!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!! The sewage system is clogged. They lost 4 customers because of the awful smell. The workers just laughed. Never coming back

Highly unprofessional. The young man working here today 11/12 walked away from my husband when trying to make an order for several people, bothered that my husband couldn’t say the order in one breath. There was no one else waiting. He was impatient and unkind. It’s a shame because we always tip when we come in to support the kids working here, but we won’t be back. Management needs to hire kinder people.

I really want to like this place, but honestly the lack of cleanliness is an issue. We used to come here often. The lack of care from upper management is very evident. It’s been really dirty recently - sticky floors and the acrid smell of days old milk. I hope management gets their act together. I’ve purchased ice cream and cakes from other carvels and they are much better kept than this location.

Not much options in the area. Place is old and it needs renovation. Kids don’t wear uniforms here, some are very somewhat unprofessional at times.

I can’t rave enough about this CARVEL in Syosset! Did you know that they could take a picture of anything and put it on a ice cream cake, I just had a custom-made cake with a special logo on it and it looks like I spent hundreds! Best kept secret, this carvel is Stella !!! and the owner is extremely talented and a true gentleman!!! Thank you !!!!!
The wait time wasn’t too long and the ice cream was delicious. Also there was a very nice young man named Joe who helped me with my order, he deserves a raise! He helped me pick out which flavor to choose for my first time and gave me excellent customer service. 10/10 I’d recommend getting served by Joe!

Dirty and rundown. Everything felt filthy as soon as you walk in. Three kids working there, one was just walking around and drinking a Red Bull, and the one at the cashier had one AirPod in, and filled my vanilla soft serve (which was 6 dollars btw, insane price) nowhere near the brim, and when I sat down to eat it, I honestly couldn’t stomach it because the place looked so run down I could only imagine what the fridge and the back looked like. Save your money and go to another cleaner carvel or the Ralph’s ices down the street. I love carvel, but I am was just appalled by this one. Avoid at all costs!
