This Carvel location has awesome service and the best ice cream cakes I’ve seen anywhere. The designs are amazing! They also have great milkshakes, ice cream, and a lot more. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Could not of been more pleased with my experience. Not only was the wedding cake perfect but they delivered it the day of. Ordering was super easy and they took the time to show me different options and were so helpful. 10/10 recommend!

My only problem is when a business posts hours of operations such as this one that says open until 11pm and you show up at 10:50pm and they are closing the store down. I had a disappointed group of people. That’s not how you do business.

From the moment you pull into the crumbling parking lot with filthy windows & sidewalks , decaying brick, dirty benches and a lidless garbage can you know this won’t fare well. One step inside onto their filthy floors and you will be stopping at urgent care for a Z-pak on your way home . Broken freezers from the 80’s ,garbage everywhere , scattered boxes, dirty sinks and sticky countertops . How this place isn’t shut down is beyond me. Expect to be ignored by the 3 people working . One making chip whiches the other on their phone in the back leaving the one kid to do online orders as the line creeps out the door . It’s clear the owner hasn’t sunk a nickel into the place on repairs ,cleaning or even ensuring his staff gives adequate service . The kids whom are wearing basketball shorts , barely saying hello and moving at a snails pace will never smile nor say thank you . Sadly this seems to be the norm here so if your smart you’ll RUN from this location . Take the trip to huntington village where you will see how a real Carvel should be run that’s so clean you could eat off the floors .
Jared has helped me with two custom cakes. He was quick with responses and helpful. Both cakes were delicious and fresh. He delivered to the locations on time and also reached out to the venues to confirm/coordinate. Highly suggest for any custom ice cream cake!

Wedding cake? Yes! Who would have thought!!
We decided to have a wedding cake for our reception because we love cake and ice cream. Jared was amazing, he gave us great suggestions during our consultation appointment, he was attentive and made sure the delivery was done promptly and the end result was delicious. The cake was beautiful, everything we wanted. If you are in the Long Island NYC area and are thinking about it, go for it. You won't regret it. Everyone loved the cake, the kids, the adults and everyone in between. THANK YOU JARED!

I always get an oreo milkshake when I go to a carvel near me and I know how much it cost but when I came to this one it really disapointed me because the milkshake was half milk and oreo and the vanilla ice cream in the bottom IT WASNT MIXED so I had to ask the peron working there for a spoon, he wasnt even nice didnt even smile wouldnt recommend...
