Pizza shops not even just in NY are now charging $4+ for a PLAIN slice . It disgusts me. Dominos you can get a whole pie for $10 and it’s decent imo.

My order was on time, hot, and packed properly. I didn’t have a “40 minute” wait time like others in the reviews. They must have been doom scrolling on their phone without realizing their order was ready 30 mins ago

“I had a great experience with the chicken wings. Each wing was perfectly crisp and flavorful. I chose the level 2 spice sauce, which had just the right amount of heat without overpowering the taste.

By the time I finished the last wing, I was full and completely satisfied. The price was more than fair for the quality and portion size. The only minor downside was the Cajun fries. They were cooked well, but the seasoning lacked the punch and depth I was hoping for. A bit more boldness in flavor could have made them match the wings’ power.“

I've been to a large number of spots for chicken and rice, from the halal guys on 53rd and 6th, to the numerous spots along Steinway street in astoria, shahs, And other halal spots along the island and around hillside avenue and it's great to have an excellent local place close by to satisfy by desire for mix over rice.

Every spot has its own take on the chicken and halal eatz does a great job with whatever the seasoning is. White sauce is on point and hot sauce is HOT as expected. They have a number of other items I've never tried but am looking forward to tasting.

I saw they have byob (Bag of chips - not beer obviously) which is something that's become popular on social media, and I think it's a great idea for a solid price.

Overall great food that never disappoints that honeslty I'd say is the best bang for the buck in the area and a refreshing alternative to have around to eat. I'd post a picture but the ones that are already shared do it justice enough. If you opt for a platter, while I normally do pita, their fries are great.

The order said it would be ready at 2:45 PM and I didn’t mind waiting so I got there early and sat at a table. The chicken n rib combo never disappoints when it’s freshly made. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, the ribs are saucy and tender, and the cornbread is one of my favorite parts of the meal (soft, slightly sweet, and freshly made).

Whether you order inside or through the drive-thru, the customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. They move pretty quickly too, which I appreciate.

We hosted a retirement party here for my colleague Jason, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this experience.

In the week leading up to the event, I was extremely busy, and my mother coordinated directly with the manager — to the point where he even gave her his personal cellphone number so she could text with any questions. That level of accessibility and care alone spoke volumes.

On the day of the party, the staff had multiple tables set up perfectly to accommodate our group of over 30 people. Our waitress was an absolute rockstar — she handled separate drink tabs effortlessly, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure no one was ever waiting too long. The food was delicious, and she stayed in constant communication with me throughout the event, checking in to see if we needed more food or anything else.

The manager was also present the entire time and made a point to personally check in with us, letting us know he was there for anything we needed. That hands-on approach made such a difference and truly elevated the entire experience.

Even after the party officially wrapped up, we stayed at the bar until closing, which says a lot about how comfortable and welcome we felt.

“I go here often and buy the family combo. Boneless fried chicken is good and onion steak. You get a very large portion of food for the price I believe is worth it. The second time I was at this location I was charged twice maybe the person who took my payment was unexpirienced with the payment machine. The app used for online order charged some hidden fees that were not made transparent. When I confronted them about this during pickup, they immediately gave me cash back for the hidden fees that even they were not made aware of. I appreciate the honesty and the food was very good. I especially like the steak quesadillas, the Beast and the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak hero. Super tasty! The wings were a little overdone with some burnt sides but overall still tasty. “AWESOME wings. I’ve been getting these wings the past few weeks, and they are perfect. They have the perfect amount of breading on the wings and its not too much. Same goes for the sauces. They have the perfect amount of sauce on the wings and a great selection of sauces to choose from. I got a bogo thru grub hub or uber etc, the picture showed a tray of fries and boneless wings. Fry sauce didn't help, and wasn't special enough to buy separately. I got 2 trays both with nice saucy, warm wings and each must of had a handful of cold fries. Literally the soggiest, coldest fries I've gotten from a restaurant. I would try again only if I was going in to order. The Chicken and sauce saved it.“

Parking: There is street parking and I did notice a parking garage behind the restaurant. But we always park on the street.“
