Terrible employees here, I will never return. The cashier charged my card twice, and insist the first time the transaction didn’t went through but when I check my bank account my card is double charged.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the cleanliness and overall management of your Chipotle location.

It is evident that the staff members work diligently, and this feedback is in no way a reflection of their individual efforts. However, I have observed several issues that appear to stem from systemic shortcomings:

-Lack of Cleanliness: The restaurant's overall cleanliness, particularly in the dining and food preparation areas, is consistently subpar. The soda and utensil station is frequently unattended and disorganized.

-Food Handling Practices: The current food preparation practices often result in the exterior of food items (burritos, bowls) coming into contact with spilled ingredients, creating an unsanitary and unappetizing situation.

-Potential Management and Training Issues: The persistent nature of these issues suggests a need for improved management oversight, including staff training, scheduling, and allocation of duties.
I understand that restaurants experience periods of high demand. However, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment should remain a constant priority. I hope this feedback will be received constructively and used to implement corrective actions.

The only reason I even bothered to write a review about this is because this is the only chipotle in the area that I’ve grown up with all the other others nearby do not feel the same as this one and it’s a shame to see this place go to waste It is literally a ticking time bomb if a food inspector walks in there that’s it. This place will be shut down.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a great choice for those who love quick, flavorful Mexican food. Used to be the cleanest, freshest, best serviced Chipotle on Long Island. This place changed over the last couple years, and not for the better. I understand that fast food establishments cannot expect to retain most of their staff long-term, but it is unbelievable how the current staff treats the place. The past three times I have been there, the place was filthy, no ice in the soda machines, apparently understaffed based on how long it took to serve me with just 3 people ahead of me in line...management seriously needs to reevaluate how this place is supposed to be run. And of course, my meal costs me much more than it used to at the same time.

This is the worst Chipotle in all of Long Island, every time you order something online, there is something wrong, EVERY TIME. The last four times I ordered from this place every order was messed up. I even had a single order that had three things messed up in it. You speak to the manager, they blame the staff or you get no response. Qdoba in Plainview is vastly superior in every way.

I’m super disappointed. The young white guy,
skinny with curly hair was rude to my autistic little cousin even after I told him he had autism his response was “I can see that”
One of the other employees gave us a discount, but overall the portions were really small, never coming back here.

Hey! I know have to take this up with ubereats but how do you let an order leave your store looking like this. I submit an order for three things, I get literally half of what I ordered. How do you only get 1/2 of an order when you order three items, I get half a burrito and one item completely left out of the bag. Seriously I think this was like 17 bucks through ubereats, I know you would prioritize these orders less….. but come on how do you let this leave the store like that.

Always a hit or miss with the food and service. Went during their boorito promo on Halloween and staff seemed overwhelmed. Several ppl were waiting for the steak so I went for the new smoked brisket instead. Pretty good, would recommend 👍👍

Horrible service

The most unorganized and messy chipotle I’ve ever seen. No steak at 7pm on a Saturday night. Rice wasn’t cooked properly and is soggy and hard. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Avoid this location. Take the extra time to go to the one in Huntington station. Came in tonight over an hour before they closed. They were low on everything. Asked for a burrito with white rice the kid behind the counter couldn’t care less about giving me literally no rice. Asked if there was more and he looked at his coworker and asked and then goes “idk I don’t care”. So I told him I’d wait for the rice to come out. That’s when some guy came behind me delivering pizza and then all of a sudden the staff had enough energy to be excited for their pizza party (I wish I was making this up). Then the kid just started hanging with his coworkers so my boyfriend and I just walked out. Rather get Taco Bell.

It was pretty good but there was Barbacoa in my sofritas. Seeing other reviews I noticed the pictures of their line being messy. That's probably what happened, dropped some meat in a vegetarian dish. I'll be going to a different chipotle from now on.
