Nice decor, however service was not great. The staff seemed clueless about promotions that were posted on their menu and was generally a frustrating ordering experience. There are better options in the neighborhood.

Worst purchase.
Ordered 2 Hot Floral Milk Tea. 1 w 30% sugar, another w 50% sugar. Received 2 WARM Tea, both with 30% sugar. The store ran out of special floral cups for the tea so they gave me regular cups which was fine. However, they put the special lid that came with floral cups on the regular cups. So the cup and the lid didn't match and half of the tea spilled/leaked in the car. What a mess. (Both Tea were secured in car cup holder. The tea did not topple over. It splashed and leaked out from around/under lid.) Please train your staff better so they have some common sense. This would have been avoided if they paired the correct lid w the cup.

Deceptive promotions. Had a buy 1 get 1 50% off, ordered 4 drinks. Only discounted 1 drink. Was told it was limited to 1 discount per order and said I would need to make 2 orders. No where on the app stated this. Wanted to cancel the order. This location would not modify or cancel the order. Was told to email customer service and it's been a few weeks with no reply. Will have to file a chargeback.
Edit: CoCo corporate customer service replied after filing a chargeback ... basically saying too bad, no refunds. Terrible.

Used to be great.. not sure if the new hiring staff was the issue but one of the workers was very distracted by her friends and gave us the bottom old tapioca. It wasn’t even chewy it just fell apart in your mouth. Declined us extra bubbles because she was low. Then she came out with a new batch in 5 minutes. I would’ve waited if she had just told us. Also she forgot my daughter’s drink in the sealing machine I had to remind her To give it to us. May or may not give this place another chance.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Boba tea for the first time, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The tea was delicious, with a variety of flavors and sweet toppings to choose from. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting, and the service was excellent.One of the Boba tea flavors I tried was a classic milk tea with tapioca pearls. It was absolutely delicious, with a rich and creamy flavor that was perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the tapioca pearls. The other flavors I tried were just as good, with a wide range of fruity and floral options that were all incredibly tasty.The restaurant was also a pleasure to visit. It was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were happy to make recommendations and answer any questions I had about the different teas and toppings.Overall, I would highly recommend this Boba tea restaurant to anyone who loves tea or is looking for a delicious and refreshing treat. The tea was excellent, the restaurant was lovely, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be going back again soon.
