I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts in Syosset, and while the food was standard Dunkin’ fare, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, one of the employees, I believe his name is Bobby, seemed uninterested in doing his job. Despite food items clearly appearing on the order screen, he didn’t seem to notice them until I pointed them out. Whether it’s a lack of attention or just laziness, it was frustrating to have to repeatedly remind him to fulfill my order. This kind of service really detracts from the overall experience.

I placed an order for coffee and received chocolate, for that reason I requested the change and they made the change but they gave me the coffee with sugar and I had requested it without sugar; so I decided to take some and didn't finish it since I didn't have more time available. I must make the assessment that when I requested the change the lady stated that it was what she requested, to which I should have shown her the order to show the error. The donuts are delicious but I did not receive them according to the order; They should try to provide more assertive customer service.

Usual donut place. I almost wish they had something good for you on the side like a fruit topped don't. But I guess I'm asking for to much.

The associates are really polite and very sweet. They all have wonderful smiles.I always place a mobile order about 15 minutes before I show up and it's always ready by the time I get there. Occasionally, they are out of an ingredient and in those cases my order isn't ready--as they wait for me to pick a substitute, but they usually make the coffee quick enough for me to catch my train anyway.The coffee isn't spectacular, but for $2, it's perfectly fine. I order the same thing everyday (whatever seasonal hot coffee is available) and it always tastes like a different order depending on the time of day. That being said, I'm not picky and it does usually taste good! Though once my coffee was super sour and undrinkable, but by the time I realized I was on the train and long gone. But I get plenty rewards through the Dunkin' app so rare errors like these are forgivable.Also, as other reviewers said, sometimes there are straw wrappers or napkins on the floor, but nothing terrible. Overall, the place is clean, and for walking commuters it's in a good location.
Had an amazing experience at this Dunkin location today. Abhay was really nice and professional. Atmosphere was clean as well. Will definitely be coming here again!

Definitely a train station, commuter, grab and go location. Mediocre service. Not necessarily clean like many others. Straw wrappers always on the floor. Garbage frequently full. But clean behind the counter where food and drink prep occursOdd parking entrance and exit situation/location
