The associates are really polite and very sweet. They all have wonderful smiles.I always place a mobile order about 15 minutes before I show up and it's always ready by the time I get there. Definitely a train station, commuter, grab and go location. Mediocre service. Not necessarily clean like many others. Straw wrappers always on the floor. Garbage frequently full. But clean behind the counter where food and drink prep occursOdd parking entrance and exit situation/location
