Haven't been to Friendly's in years. Stopped in today needing a nostalgia boost. Did not disappoint. Food was delicious and fresh. Server was pleasant and all covid standards well met. Left feeling full and happy!

This place is terrible, Never followes instructions. You almost have to go in the kitchen with them and make sure they actually do what you took the time to ask them to do. Don't waste your money .

H.O.R R.I.B.L.EWe waited 10 minutes to be seated in a rather empty dining room and our waiter was the worst. I ordered the grilled cheese burger which we all know comes with fries and when it came out I literally had nothing but a burger on my plate. My daughters waffle fries were hard as rocks and we never got our drinks until half way through our meal. I was charged for coleslaw I never received and after waiting almost 20 minutes for the check it took another 20 minutes to get my credit card back. Something seriously needs to be done about the service there.

After a bad experience several years ago, we decide to give this local business another shot during this tough time. We were wrong. We ordered via doordash. They forgot put apple juice in the kids order, and a few shrimps and fries cost $17 dollars. How can a business survive by being this bad constantly..
This place never fails to deliver. They have excellent dishes for convenient prices, there are no long waits even when the place is loaded.

My memories of Friendly's were crushed after tonight's experience. I realize things are chaotic now, but I placed a curbside pickup order that was totally messed up. I ordered a burger with bacon & fried onions & barbecue sauce. I got a burger, cold, with tomato,lettuce and broccoli!!! The fries were cold. The patty melt i ordered must have sat for quite some time because it was cold & the rye bread was soggy. All fries & onion rings were cold. Why we got a cup of salsa & butter I have no idea, there was no ketchup or barbecue sauce. The Fribble was liquid as was the m & m Friend-Z. It will be a long time before I return!

Are they any adults that work here? Why are their only children running this place . They need real help . It could be good if they had people that knew what they were doing . IV got my own kids to take care of I don't need to help the server too.

Our waitress Chris was observant to all our needs. We are a party of two. I am a big guy and was given a booth to sit at. The booth was uncomfortable and I requested a table with chairs. The staff accommodated my needs. I ordered senior special jack cheddar grilled chicken. Diced tomatoes, bacon, garlic mashed red skin potatoes, and broccoli. The meal was good and light on calories. Our two meals and drinks cost us $31.00. The staff do a little hand clapping and singing to celebrate birthdays. The door opening and closing caused the room temperature to be somewhat chilly.
