Oh man! I know the halal craze has been around for a while, so its easy to get lost in what is good or not…Halal city is amazing! Not only was the food way tastier than other places I have been to, but the service was outstanding!Highly recommend it! Its tucked in a nice quite shopping center too which is really nice too!I took my order to go and they gave me whatever sauces was needed and were such a delight.

This is now one of our fave halal spots! The owner has a special passion for what he does, and it shines through from the second you walk in. The food is great, and they have a hero you need to try called the Halal City Hero! BTW, they have some great lunch specials in store AND on UberEats.There are spots to sit if you would like to dine in, they do have takeout as well (like I mentioned earlier, they do delivery as well).The meat on the platters were all cooked perfectly, same for the rice. The salad is fresh, and the pita was soft...what more can I say!

Hubs had been wanting to try for a while but I'm not the biggest fan of this type of food...however...I'm so glad I tried it because I tasted his lamb salad and it was amazing!! (And I thought I didn't like lamb) to be "safe" I had him grab me a burger and even that was delicious!! Not to mention, the price was incredible, especially compared to other places right now which are a fortune. Definitely can't wait to get it again!

I ate at the location in Port Jefferson. The service was wonderful, the food was very tasty. Don't be afraid of the green sauce, it's absolutely amazing. I didn't eat inside, so I can't say anything about the ambience but I can tell you that the customer service was very good.

Picked up 2 Chicken and rice at the 10:40 pm. Sorry to say the quality of the food has gone down. The rice was so sticky that it reminded me of the Chinese white sticky rice. The rice was not at all "Basmati". They also give their small mini plastic containers with literally 1/4 filled with hot sauce.
