I decided to give Jersey Mike’s one more chance before never returning again. I ordered a giant size turkey hero. Since a different company bought them out in recent months…the quality and portion size have considerably changed. The provolone cheese was as thin as computer paper making it translucent. And not good in taste either: TASTED MORE LIKE PAPER THAN CHEESE. The small amount of turkey was put onto the bread and I added tomatoes, jalapeños, and pickles to complete the sandwich. Everything in between the bread was not very tasty at all. The bread was the only part of the hero worth mentioning as it was definitely fresh. Also note that the service and vibe of the place were absolutely fine. So my one star for FOOD changes a bit for the stars I gave for other categories. This makes three times in a row of my visits the VERY last. I highly recommend Woodbury Deli in the neighborhood as a much better option for a sandwich. I AM QUITE SAD THAT WHAT ONCE MY FAVORITE SANDWICH SHOP IS NOW MY LEAST FAVORITE. What happened, Jersey Mikes? (I have only given two bad reviews in my entire life. This is one of those times).

Great staff! Very friendly and efficient. Establishment is very clean and well kept. Very good with allergies, When I told them what I was allergic to they told me what to look out for, and made sure to wipe everything down as to avoid cross contamination.

This was the worst experience at a fast food establishment in my life. My brother and I walked in to grab some dinner for when we can break our fasts, and we were not greeted with respect or any sort of customer service. Mid order the lady taking our order just got up and walked out. It was actually mind baffling, she didn’t say anything she just walked away and literally walked out. Then i’m standing waiting for the lady at the register to ring me out. A minute went by where she ignored me so I asked if she was ringing ppl out, she looks at me rolls her eyes and goes no. Then to top it all off this random man walks in, is greeted instantly and cashed out right away. My brother and I spent maybe 30 minutes in there trying to even be looked at. Please fire these people and hire competent workers who have some customer service skills.

Delivery is not Jersey Mike, it’s Door Dash. We waited over an hour for our food (nearly double the original estimated time). When the driver finally got here he announced that he was lost and spoke no English, had to go looking for him. My reward for a long wait was a stale roll with mayo masquerading as a tuna sandwich. Can’t imagine it will improve now that private equity owns the company. Won’t try again.
