I saw another review on here that said the delivery has gone downhill lately, and sadly I have to agree. Food was not fresh. Two out of three sushi rolls tasted like the fish had gone bad and the hot food did not taste good. Threw most of it out.

Kado has been our favorite local sushi place since it opened. Our takeout tonight will be our last meal from there though for sure. Once again the rolls were small and boring, and the cooked food was not great. What a disappointment ??

I am a vegan that likes vegetable sushi. Not only do they have one of the largest and most unique selection of vegetable roles, but they were delicious too. Will definitely be going back.

Unfortunately something happened to this place that used to be one of our favorites. We ordered delivery of dinner bento boxes. The food taste was ok...not the best...but we were shocked by the teriyaki protein amount that was given for dinner - definitely reduced...however the onions! The onions that are used in teriyaki dish have to be cooked- pan friend or even slightly burnt edges for better taste...but our onions were FRESH!!! That was ridoculous...fresh onions that were enough even sitting in the water before to loose a bitter taste...what kind of chef is doing this???? Moreover, my kid had chicken katso - basically panko friedn chicken - kids favorite ! And you know what we found in his dish??? Large piece of panko fried panko...I'm not kidding! This forst looked like tiny eggplant which was panko fried...but my kid tasted it before I saw it...and he said it was not chicken. I looked at it and confirmed. Tale panko, add an egg batter and form something that can be again panko fried...so disappointed!Unfortunately this restaurant disappointed us for the 2nd time in a row. We won't come back.We hope the management and chefs can improve or otherwise it will loose its customers

Best General Tso's chicken on Long Island. I've had it everywhere else and no, it didn't measure up !!! The god blessed meat seems to be a HUGE problem everywhere. This is the ONLY restaurant with decent General Tso's chicken meat. Also there other meats are good too. The fish is awesome. The ribs are delicious. So yeah, try the rest. Then have the best.

This place is great!! The sushi is amazing and the prices are pretty good. The menu has a wide variety and is a great dine in and take out place. Great Japanese food!

I ordered delivery and got chicken broccoli, spicy salmon with avocado, Kano salad, general tso and a shrimp lomein - ends up being $75. So heads up - items can be a little above average for Chinese fusion. The beef - too big in size and chewy - was not worth it and we ended up eating the broccoli mostly instead. The lomein isn't the typical fatter noodle but a thinner one. But it was good nonetheless; the shrimp on side note were big shrimps in size. The general tso, spicy salmon avo were all good and not great but wasn't bad - average. The Kano salad isn't really worth the price.

We've ordered from them for years and their customer service is unacceptable. We finally decided it was our last straw when they sent us pork dumplings for my daughter who is vegan. In addition to my daughter not eating meat, my family does not eat pork and therefore would never order it. When we called them to inform them of this news, they accused us of specifically asking for pork, and not once apologized for their unprofessionalism. We asked to speak with the manager and were treated with the same disrespect. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Great food and customer service are both important when running a successful business, and unfortunately this restaurant lacks those necessary ingredients.

The food is ok, they are more of a fusion Chinese/Thai and Japanese place. food likely taste better if you eat at the restaurant. We were disappointed a few times when getting take out from them. they over cook some of the meat. would I go back? maybe. they do have other options in the area for Japanese.
