I went with friends for happy hour a couple of Fridays ago and I was surprisingly disappointed. The first time I went, the food and prices were great and the service was okay, but this time, the service turned the experience sour because they were extremely short staffed. We waited way too long for our food and had trouble with that silly app they keep changing and then the bill took forever. They tried to make up for the experience but it was still lacking. I'll try this place one more time before giving up on it completely.

Food and service were both fantastic. I had apps, sushi, and dessert. Each came out great. The presentation of the food was A+. The sushi was the main star. The sushi was very fresh and was of upstanding quality. Will definitely come back when I have a craving for great sushi.

This place is so good! Firstly, Shannon is the best ? I asked her opinion on the drinks and told her I was only drinking rum and she accommodated me by making a passion fruit mojito, no mint! And it was delicious. The service was great and the sushi roll we tried was also very fresh. Would definitely go back!

I've had the opportunity to try Kashi both through takeout and in-dining experiences (twice, for special occasions like Valentine's Day!). While the atmosphere is pleasant, the service has been consistently slow both times, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, the food and drinks are tasty! Given the slow service, I think I might prefer opting for takeout in the future - at least the food will still be enjoyable without the wait. Perhaps they'll work on improving their service, but for now, I'd say Kashi is a solid choice for takeout or a casual meal, but not necessarily for a special occasion. 3.5/5 stars!

10/10 experience. I have a gluten allergy and they were more than accommodating for me and didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. The sushi was fresh, the drinks were absolutely phenomenal. It is gorgeous in here — got in here before the rush. Definitely can’t wait to come back!!!!!!!

Our longstanding patronage unfortunately coincided with a notable turnover among the wait staff. Our usual swift lunch routine, clocking in at a mere 30 minutes, was significantly disrupted during our recent visit. It took a staggering 20 minutes just to receive our miso soup, with another 20-minute wait for the sushi we ordered – only to find my order completely botched. Despite my repeated reminders, obtaining gluten-free soy sauce proved to be an arduous task, requiring six requests. Adding to our dismay, we noticed an unwelcome hike in prices. Suffice it to say, our disappointment with the overall experience leaves us with no inclination to return.

Two young ladies by the name Michele and Courtney were courteous, professional, and overall extremely nice , I don’t know what’s new at Kashi these days, but I certainly will return there more often! I just went to Kashi tonight for their grand re-opening. I brought my two daughters with me . We had the absolute best time! What a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is incredible. The food was sooo delicious. The server/ bartender Joe was the best . I’ve never had such a genuine, attentive professional and warm person serving me at a place . He really made the experience perfect and so enjoyable! I highly recommend this place. You will love it !!! A++++ thank you Joe and thank you to all the Kashi staff ! We love u ! :)

Great experience here! My hubby and I have been wanting to try this place for years every time we drove past it. Friends night recommended it. We finally gave it a shot last night. It was outstanding!!! The food was fresh, delicious and quick to come out. When they had trouble w/ the dessert taking too long, the manager came over to tell us and they made it right. I don’t know what it look like before the remodel, but it was beautiful inside. The staff made me feel very welcome. They were always checking in with us and making sure we were good. They made great recommendations on drinks, and they were great choices. The pricing was fair and reasonable. We will definitely be going back here again. And you should go too.
