Empire Szechuan was my absolute favorite Chinese food place for the longest time. I was very sad when it closed down. I had moved further away and never noticed the same location had reopened under this new name. I have to say, they must have the same chefs or something because the food is still the best around and they still have Peking Duck! Everything I've had from there has been top notch, yes it may be a little pricier than other places but you absolutely get what you paid for. The atmosphere is also really nice, they did a great job with decorating and upkeep. Servers have always been attentive and super nice. Really nothing to complain about except I wish I could eat there everyday XD 10/10!

We sat next to Anthony and his wife. He was out of control and rude. Belligerent. If you can’t afford to tip, then you shouldn’t go out to eat. The waiter in question has been here forever and is a great server.
We have been coming here for years. The food is always delicious and service is consistently good. It’s 20% service, if not more. Best Chinese food on Long Island.

I was told by the server that I must tip 18% and he pointed it out and said you must tip 18% and pointed to the number. I've never been so insulted in my entire life and I've been coming here for years and now we will never come again ever they have new owners now and this was totally unacceptable

Disappointing Experience at Master Chef
Dear [Restaurant Manager/Owner],
My boyfriend and I recently dined at Master Chef and, unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations due to the service we received.
While we were still enjoying our meal — lobster Cantonese and steak with garlic — and my boyfriend had just ordered a second drink, our waiter dropped the check on the table without a word. This felt rushed and dismissive, especially as we were not even close to finishing our dinner.
The lobster was served without an additional plate for the shells, and when we looked for assistance, the waitstaff seemed to be gathered on the opposite side of the restaurant, avoiding interaction. The lack of attentiveness and basic hospitality made it difficult to enjoy what should have been a pleasant meal.
We left disappointed, as hospitality and care for guests seemed absent. This experience has regrettably made us unlikely to return

Some of the best chinese food i've had
The restaurant has changed its owner recently with some new dishes on the menu. Checked it out today with a group of friends and had a great experience! Authentic flavors, generous portions, and warm, attentive service. Especially the sesame ball which we all loved so much! Easily one of the best Chinese restaurants in town. Can’t wait to come back!
