Usually get rapid pickup and its a toss up whether I get the extra side that is part of my order along with the pick-2. Order without a tip and didn't get it, ordered with a tip and was able to get it. No one is signing the receipts saying that they check it, so employees putting the sticker around the bag to close it and keep the food nice and warm is negated if the customer has to immediately check the bag to see if their order is correct.

Rapid pick up is anything but rapid. My order has been ready for 20 mins, and I see it behind the counter. There’s literally like 10 bags ready and no one is bringing them out to the rapid pick up shelf. When I asked why it’s taking so long, I was met with an attitude. Extremely unprofessional service. Unacceptable.

Great place to visit the Zoo. Every morning while I try to enjoy my breakfast and space I hear every 5 minutes a loud laughing hyena. It’s fine to be happy at work but to disrespect the guests who pays for the meal, space, and enjoyment of either quietness or friends. Do we really need to hear your motor mouth?

This is the best Panera I’ve been to. Their kitchen staff are always so nice and sweet. My food is always delish, clean, and amazing overall. I can definitely say they make it well. Their cashier Collin is also phenomenal! Great service!

Extremely short staffed and incompetent. Ita a 20min waiting to get a soup and salad. No one speaks english. Theres about 20 people waiting. I've never seen such a slow panera. It's obvious that they're training is majorly lacking

I had ordered 2 whole sandwiches from the Syosset location but only received half sandwiches. Not acceptable at all! I know that Panera Bread has one group that prepares the meals and another person/group that packs the items that were ordered. How can this be missed by both groups? That means that the workers are not paying attention to the orders that are placed. Would not order from this location again.

Just got a spicy stack Asiago no cilantro...so why is it LOADED WITH CILANTRO and no peppers.got this the other day from the cohen location at the hospital and it was PERFECT BUT this current location doesn't know what the heck they doing. Definitely not going to this location again and don't recommend if u want your order right
