I don't know if it was cause they were closing soon, but I just thought their pretzels would've been a lot

Although I found out they don't sell coffee here, it appeared to be a clean and welcoming place. The smell of the goods was amazing.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with this location. I ordered a tray of pretzels for a party that cost around $50. The party was cancelled the day before, so I called immediately and cancelled the tray. However my credit card was already charged. I called repeatedly to get the money refunded over the course of 3 weeks. They told me I had to give my credit card number over the phone which I was not comfortable with. I told them I was coming in at a certain time to process the refund. When I arrived, the door was locked and they weren't answering the phone. All of the lights were on. I'm very disappointed.

Put an order through door dash for five pretzels and one order of mini cheesesteaks. Gets my order canceled bc they don't have the cheesesteaks yet they have the pretzels..you know the bulk of the actual order. Do they call and tell me and offer a substitute or just cancel the cheesesteak and still send the pretzels? Nothing...dumbest thing I've had happen on an order.

Amazing and always fresh

Rip off for a pretzel. Was very cold and hard. I could make a super pretzel better. The service was not any better.

Business was clean. Cashier was very prompt at explaining favorite flavors and dips. I purchased the cinnamon shaker which was roughly 7 dollars. The problem is the taste: I've never tasted such bland, rough, and just awful pretzels in my life.

Such a great alternative to the boring office birthday celebration. Pretzels were warm and fresh and the dips were great! Confused as to the negative reviews, my entire office loved them!

Used to swing by here last couple years all the time for a few pretzels and occasionally ordered party trays and bulk pretzels for parties. Today was my first time back since last October. Sent my kid in for 5 pretzels. They charged her $8+tax for 5 hot pretzels (still says 5 for $5, 10 for $8 etc.. on website). I guess inflation hit this place pretty bad too but I understand rent is high on LI. The reason for 1 star is the quality of the pretzels. They were yesterday's pretzels or weren't made right, they didn't taste right. Very disappointing. Will not be returning to this location.

Just ate here for the first time. Their cinnamon rivets are so good! Coming back for sure for something different next time.

Went in the afternoon. No pretzel dogs( 20 minutes if I wanted them). Brought some of the rivets to my friends kids. Were kind of hard and not warm (I tried on the way there). Bought a bunch of pretzels same deal. Kind of disappointed.
