Done with Phil's, use to go occasionally and now better off going to Luigi's brothers spot across the street. Started off trying their dinner entrees and not enjoying whatever we ordered then our final time we order a grandpa with vodka and meatballs. Gets delivered and it's a Sicilian loaded with onions so I call and they tell me I ordered it wrong when i never mention onions and never seen a grandpa slice with em. Even so we were still starving and this was dry bread with no flavor.

Disappointed with the service, pizza is mediocre at best. We usually go in person, but we had delivery as we were hosting guests. We ordered a pie and then four small a la vodka slices. When we received the order the vodka slices were not the typical vodka but plain looking slices that had vodka sauce on them. The girl who took the order did not clarify because she had asked me for chicken a la vodka when I ordered but I clarified and said no and explained what we wanted. When I called another woman answered, I explained and she left for a few moments to check and came back and ultimately said we ordered wrong and offered no solution to help fix the order. The "vodka" slices they sent were gross and we did not eat them. We've been going to Phil's for years and we live just down the road. There are many amazing pizza spots in the area and we won't be going back. We expected at least a friendly response back being that we're such frequenters there, that's what most other places would have done. Phil's lost, poor service and phone etiquette / no resolve towards our situation. Womp womp.

Walked in to grab 2 Regular slices for my mom . I’m not really confrontational unless I get pushed to be ( it was close ) I can’t seem to comprehend how 2 regular slices cost $8.58

Man the Angry Grandma pizza is the reason I’m leaving this review. Most delicious pizza I’ve had in many many moons. I literally FaceTimed a different family member for every slice I ate so I could describe to them the flavor that was happening inside my pie hole. Good pie, good vibes, better pizza, Phil’s pizzeria.

Pizza is comfort food, as it should be. There are plenty of choices around the Syosset area and each has its own merit. But when I first moved here, a local gifted a certificate to use as a way to get acclimated with the new surroundings - and Phil's does not disappoint! Plenty of parking, Lidl for convenient food shopping after, and Tesla superchargers - what more do you need? Oh, and good pizza with a nice ambiance (also plenty of TVs for your sports fan - bonus). Service has been mixed the several times I've been there (both dining in and taking out), which would explain the four stars. The food, however, will be worth your while...

Best special slices within a 10 mile radius. Grilled buffalo chicken slice is STELLAR.

Every time I visit Long Island, I eat at Phil's. The food is dependably tasty, with a diverse menu.I ate the Rigatoni Trieste, which had sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus and a vodka sauce. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere on the Friday I dined was typical "crowded Italian Restaurant." Service was spot at times as a result, but not so much as to detract from the experience.I recommend Phil's to anyone selling quality Italian fare.

So beware, they will raise prices on you without telling you. Ordered based on their online menu, only to discover they over charged me. I called ro verify, person verified with me and then said I don't know what's going on. Kept me on hold for 5 min and then magically, the prices were increased. Shady business practices. Now onto the food. Sicilian was disgusting. Crust, dough....it was soft and soggy like challah bread. Enough pizzerias around, I would avoid.

I’m not happy with all the waiters they rush us to order and rush to clean up even though we have a kid there we are all still busy with our kid but we have to avoid them when they are behind us and the carelessness way to serve the plate almost hit my head and they seem to don't know the perfect timing to do their job.
