We go all the time, 2 fer Tuesday twister deal is great. Try to avoid when there are a lot of uncontrolled little people running around
Worst place ever .. been to a lot of Ralph’s … asked for a strawberry shortcake sundae … young girl gave me a cherry sundae which is the worst flavor possible tasted like cough syrup and had a ton of cherries, I even asked her at the counter is this strawberry and she said yes.. how can someone mistake dark purple syrup filled with WHOLE CHERRIES for strawberry? lol
… called the store very politely to ask for refund spoke to owner who VERY rudely told me it was a strawberry sundae and just hung up on me without even listening to a word I said. he kept speaking over me even when I tried to explain. Clearly you don’t have any training on customer service. Sad because I was pregnant and this was my craving .. and I hate cherry flavored anything.

I absolutely love Ralph’s !!!! I cannot wait until March when it opens back up !!! I wish one would stay open all year around !!!!
Their location has changed since the picture was posted. They’ve reopened nearby and introduced a variety of new flavors. My favorite has been the acai bowl, but you really can't go wrong with their cream or water ices. Their banana shake is just as delightful as any of their other specialty shakes and ice creams. I believe I visit them 3 to 4 times a week.

This place absolutely hits the spot on a hot night. This was my first time trying the strawberry cheesecake and it blew me away. I don’t think I’ll order a different flavor ever again
Fairly new location for Syosset Ralph's Ice. It had moved from the Village Hero parking lot to this store front. Very spacious, bright and cool (temp-wise)A lot of flavors to choose from. Always good.
