So rude about my allergies and told me they didn't have an allergy book so they couldn't serve me when I know for a FACT they do because I've used the allergy book thousands of times previously. The ingredients were not up to date on their website so I was left empty handed. So disappointed.

Whoever owns this place should log into the security cameras right now if there are any and check out the chaos going on inside, it is so loud from these disrespectful kids that the staff can't even hear the orders that are trying to be giving trying to be given by the customers coming into the store and nobody is trying to do anything about it.

Fairly new location for Syosset Ralph's Ice. It had moved from the Village Hero parking lot to this store front. Very spacious, bright and cool (temp-wise)A lot of flavors to choose from. Always good.

Good product but owners 3.99 % up charge for credit card use is a ripoff. Consumers should note that only American Express charges retailers a fee that's close to 3.99%. Visa and Mastercard fees are in the 2.50-2.75% range. Sneaky way to enhance profit margins.

They messed up my order and didn't care at all that they did. They didn't have gloves during COVID times. I already feel sick. How rude. So regardless. I think they owe me something. This needs to be fixed before I eat there again. I feel very upset about this inconvenience.
