Rare650 Prime Steak and Sushi

We had a great experience !!! General Manager Cliff personally came and greeted us. Our waiting staff, Steve and Walter were gracious and remarkable ... the food was awesome as always ... so was the martini ... we live to visit this restaurant, it was a great start of the Holidays 🫶

Came to celebrate my anniversary and had a wonderful time! My servers Stephanie and Yeibi took great care of us and were very knowledgeable on all questions. Dinner was delicious everything came out yummy and prompt. We had a great experience!

An absolutely incredible experience from top to bottom. Nichole and Hector were amazing. Both took great care of myself, my cousin, and my coworker. My cousin drove 2 hours from Wappinger Falls to dine with us and we've been raving about it ever since. We had the calamari, stuffed shrimp special, and the Empress Roll to start. All were delicious. For entrées, we went with the ribeye cooked medium rare, the lamb chops cooked medium, and the braised short rib and lobster tail special over risotto. To finish it off, we had the cheesecake and the Snickers cake and since we were celebrating my cousin's early birthday, they gave us an order of the donuts on the house. Just an amazing meal and I would recommend it to any and everyone! We will be back

Celebrated another anniversary this past Friday night at Rare650. Food and Service was spectacular. Cliff the manager came over twice to our table to see if everything was Ok and if we needed anything. This was such a nice gesture. Special thanks to our waitress and assistant waiter who made our evening especially good. They should be commended for their excellent service. The Porterhouse steak and our sides of creamed Spinach, mushrooms and Baked Potato were served hot and were delicious. Food here is always good but this night was a home run!

Always had great meals there. You pay a high price . but it was worth it. However, I don't know if they changed chef's or he or she had a bad night. The lamb chops were so over cooked that I did not eat them (appetizer). The grilled octopus was absolutely a waste of money. My skirt steak was pretty good but overall, a very disappointing evening which I and my wife were looking so forward to taking my son and his wife out for a real teat. I honestly can not say that I will be back. I am not going on Yelp to give a bad review, that is not who I am, but I do want you to know what a disappointment it was for all of us. I am so sorry to have to tell you that, but you did ask.

I've been to RARE many times but it's been a little while since my last dining experience there. I ate there last night with a friend and it was fantastic. The service was exceptional. I had the salmon and my friend had the seafood special and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back soon.

Rare650 was truly an amazing experience. We came here for a pre bachelor party. The service and staff are top notch they even valet your car while you wait for your food. We we greeted an seated by our waitress Gabriella who went above and beyond to make sure the service was more than satisfactory. The drinks and appetizers were amazing the steaks were cooked exactly the way we wanted it to be. We had the porterhouse for 2 which was a lot of meat. While we were enjoying our food the manager Cliff came by and cracked a few jokes to brighten up the mood. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family looking to enjoy a night out.

I celebrated my 25th birthday at Rare650 for the first time, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. We were graciously hosted by our server, Nelson Hernandez, whose professionalism, culinary knowledge, and warm personality truly elevated the evening. From the exceptional entrées to the attentive staff and upscale ambiance, everything reflected the high standard of quality Long Island is known for. I’ll definitely be returning—and bringing others along to share in the experience!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing dinner last night. Our server Jorge was incredible, he was very attentive and gave us great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!

Service was good, but waited to order over half a hour. Food was good, although the charred octopus was too chewy, steak medium well, not medium I requested. Otherwise a nice atmosphere, pretty loud, but busy. We had a nice booth which made the experience better.

We had a nice booth which added to the ambience and atmosphere of our dinner. Wine was very good. Service was slow, we waited over a half an hour to place the order. Appetizers came quickly (overall 50 minutes after arrival), bacon slab was outstanding, charred octopus too hard and chewy. Main entries were very good, so it was cheesecake.

Great value with the price fix menu. Food was terrific as usual. What keeps them ahead of the other top steak houses is the incredible staff. They took care of all our needs. Very attentive without being over bearing. And they work so well as a team even when the table is not theirs so helpful. We've been there a number of times this year and will continue to return. One of our favorite places
