Got the order wrong, paid 20 including tip just to be rushed out with the wrong order, on top of that its like those bags of chips you pay for and its half empty the girl behind the counter kept having sucha. A poor atitude and sighing. Ive been to most of these establishments my first time ever encountering someone with such poor manners

The food is fine, though it seems a little strange that i can't build my own bowl. I can "add" items and remove items that already come on the selection, but the price only increases for what i add, and it doesn't decrease for what i remove. Spent $20 on a medium bowl it seemed a little crazy.

This was very bland no taste flavor like eating ice I spent 13 dollars and was so unsatisfied but the staff was amazing so I’ll take it as a lost but this definitely not place for me

Ordered the super large size. Got Only 2/3 filled. Paid almost $17 for this with the credit card fee charged. I don’t think I will be going back to this store.

Not sure how this establishment gets as many stars as they do the way it operates. Maybe location? Or lack there of in the area? The customer service in this place is piss poor. The kid behind the counter looks like he hates working there and was forced to by his parents and barely says a word unless you repeat yourself. The containers they use is confusing when it comes to bowls. The key is they’re not using bowls, they are soup containers so trying to eat a açaí bowl is not very convenient and wasn’t thought out. Not only that but the açaí base was frozen so the whole experience was terrible. Maybe other customers might have a better experience but highly doubt it. I would go to another location.

Went the other day and I just couldn’t thinking about that great experience I had at Syosset Sobol! Especially with one of the workers, Emily. I have a lot of allergies and she double checked everything with me, making me safe as a customer. I hope to see her again when I come back, she is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!love her ?

Have been going to this place for years but sadly today they have lost my business. Never had an issue with the food or service but today was different. I placed an order over the phone for 4 kids bowls half an hour before I had to get it as I had somewhere to go afterwards. I get there and they messed up the order. Instead of 4 kids bowls they were giving me 3 regular and 1 kids. I understand that mistakes happen but I told them this is why I ordered way ahead as I was in a rush. They didn’t care nor were they apologetic they just told me I had to wait so they can remake. Ridiculous. As it is each bowl is expensive. I wanted to pay for what I ordered. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else. Also it would be sad if they did this on purpose at times in hopes the person picking up would end up paying up for more than what they ordered. Good luck!

I had a very terrible experience in this SoBol. It happed before but today was terrible. I usually go to this Sobol a three or four times a week with my daughter, but today we had a very bad worker. The attention given was terrible and the way the order was delivered was terrible. He practically threw it at me because I gave him a complaint about my order when I only received 5 banana slices when I specifically asked for extra. I think that bothered him and he acted very rudely towards us. I asked him kindly and his reaction was very bad. I would not return to this location because of the attitude and disrespect I was given today. I work in the hospital nearby and that's why I usually go often but I think I'll stop after this.Jessica O .

I went into the store and was immediately treated disrespectfully by the staff, and after I got my açai bowl, I checked it and it barely had any fruit in it, with barely any of the nuetella that I paid extra for. Furthermore, the açaí tasted and smelled stale, as if it had been sitting out for days. It was not worth $20. Save your money and time. There are better alternatives out there.
