This was very bland no taste flavor like eating ice I spent 13 dollars and was so unsatisfied but the staff was amazing so I’ll take it as a lost but this definitely not place for me

Ordered the super large size. Got Only 2/3 filled. Paid almost $17 for this with the credit card fee charged. I don’t think I will be going back to this store.

Ordered a classic size, and the serving only went halfway up the container. It was tiny, basically half air!! The server also touched her face with her glove and then handled my napkin and spoon. I order regularly at the Mineola location and have always been happy, so maybe something off with this particular location? Seems easily fixable but owner should be aware.

My son got violently sick for several hours from the Melon Berry bowl at this location. I called to advise them so they could get rid of that mix. They appeared to ignore me. Wanted to know if my son has allergies which he does not. And he has had this bowl from other locations. I won't be going back.

Not sure how this establishment gets as many stars as they do the way it operates. Maybe location? Or lack there of in the area? The customer service in this place is piss poor. The kid behind the counter looks like he hates working there and was forced to by his parents and barely says a word unless you repeat yourself. The containers they use is confusing when it comes to bowls. The key is they’re not using bowls, they are soup containers so trying to eat a açaí bowl is not very convenient and wasn’t thought out. Not only that but the açaí base was frozen so the whole experience was terrible. Maybe other customers might have a better experience but highly doubt it. I would go to another location.

Went the other day and I just couldn’t thinking about that great experience I had at Syosset Sobol! Especially with one of the workers, Emily. I have a lot of allergies and she double checked everything with me, making me safe as a customer. I hope to see her again when I come back, she is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!love her ?

Have been going to this place for years but sadly today they have lost my business. Never had an issue with the food or service but today was different. I placed an order over the phone for 4 kids bowls half an hour before I had to get it as I had somewhere to go afterwards. I get there and they messed up the order. Instead of 4 kids bowls they were giving me 3 regular and 1 kids. I understand that mistakes happen but I told them this is why I ordered way ahead as I was in a rush. They didn’t care nor were they apologetic they just told me I had to wait so they can remake. Ridiculous. As it is each bowl is expensive. I wanted to pay for what I ordered. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else. Also it would be sad if they did this on purpose at times in hopes the person picking up would end up paying up for more than what they ordered. Good luck!

I had a very terrible experience in this SoBol. It happed before but today was terrible. I usually go to this Sobol a three or four times a week with my daughter, but today we had a very bad worker. The attention given was terrible and the way the order was delivered was terrible. He practically threw it at me because I gave him a complaint about my order when I only received 5 banana slices when I specifically asked for extra. I think that bothered him and he acted very rudely towards us. I asked him kindly and his reaction was very bad. I would not return to this location because of the attitude and disrespect I was given today. I work in the hospital nearby and that's why I usually go often but I think I'll stop after this.Jessica O .
Was greeted once I came in the door, place was clean and bright. The young man who took my order was super friendly and reminded me to use my app (i always forget) and actually was told that i have a reward for the next visit! I love acai bowls and when this coconut flavor came out, i became even more obsessed! I asked for peanut butter to go on top and it made it even more delicious! The usual toppings were pineapple, strawberry, and blueberries, and honey. It was so delicious!

I went into the store and was immediately treated disrespectfully by the staff, and after I got my açai bowl, I checked it and it barely had any fruit in it, with barely any of the nuetella that I paid extra for. Furthermore, the açaí tasted and smelled stale, as if it had been sitting out for days. It was not worth $20. Save your money and time. There are better alternatives out there.

I get the Açaí bowl with peanut butter. Always great. Nice to have a good, healthy choice in Syosset, as there are many food options in the area.
