I just reported to police their drivers for threatening employees at a wine store. Those delivery drivers are the next level of degradation.

I’ve been doing business with this company for 30 years with as many as three restaurants. Spend an average of $3000 a week consistently for 25 years. My rep refused to take my $3500 order today and less I bought an additional hundred dollars worth of liquor that I don’t use. For a company that has a monopoly like this and offers horrible customer service and 25 minute waits on the phone it is shocking to me that my rep would tell me that he was only making a three dollar commission on a $3500 order so unless I bought these other products from him that he would make money on he would no longer put my orders in. This is disgusting Southern what is up with you $3500 and you pay your reps three dollars come on nowo

They do good most of the time whenever we have to switch out items that were accidentally broken or if we are missing items. Usually a quick call, helpful staff and the problem is solved.However... today (Friday July 30th) my manager and I tried calling their Customer Service number 3 times around 930am and got the same representative each time. She did NOT sound pleasant and each time we mentioned our store name, she just went and hung up on us!Now, I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but that's VERY unprofessional, not to mention rude!Like Ma'am, who hurt you? And why is it OUR problem. Next time, just take the day off.

This is my first business serving alcohol and was not familiar with the procedure. I contacted Southern on Thursday and received an email within 10 mins. Lauren B. was professional and efficient with my application. I had a deadline and she made sure my application was completed. I also spoke with a pleasant young lady in the ordering department I believe her name was G. She was so patience and professional. Thank you Southern for the professional, efficient and effective service.

I have been in restaurant business 28 years .I have had many sales people to deal with the last one was Mario. This company has it’s monopoly on most selections. Most popular wines and sprits go through them. Do they care? NooooooDo we have a choose? NoooooAre there any ownership to care? NooooI can’t get a sales person for my new location .They say “fill out paper work send it in and put your orders in” how about some one helping to create a drink menu...... so sad !
