DENNIS IS AMAZING, me and my friend came in on a sunday and were greeted immediately, he helped us quickly and efficiently and maintained pleasant conversation throughout. Felt like visiting an old friend at work. GIVE HIM A GREAT HOLIDAY BONUS PLS.

I always order this drink and love it, but this time the summer berry base was missing. When I asked, the staff said it wasn’t available — yet I saw no notification in the Starbucks app about this. Without the base, the drink tasted terrible. I believe I was still charged for it, which is unacceptable. If an ingredient is unavailable, customers should be informed beforehand, not after paying.

The best baristas!!!!!
I wanted to share some quick feedback about my experience this morning. I ordered oatmeal with “everything,” and the person taking my order responded in a way that felt rude and unnecessarily harsh—practically yelling at me for not specifying what “everything” meant.
As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. If clarification is needed, it should be asked politely. It’s the responsibility of the person taking the order to guide the interaction, not to make customers feel like they’ve done something wrong.
I hope this can be addressed, as experiences like this leave a negative impression—especially first thing in the morning.
This is not the first time this person has behaved this way towards me or other customers.
