Unfortunately this subway is Terrible now. Under the new owner ship which i guess took over maybe 3 months ago, they are extremely stingy. They give one napkin. They put the bare minimum ingredients such as lettuce. They do not even use at least 3 tomatoes to cover a 6 inch sandwich. I used to come here everyday. Now i have stopped going completely.

Mari who is making sandwich has no experience and not following directions what to make for actual sandwich that I wanted. Last time I went few weeks ago was no experience and now still. Felt Disappointed! But others new workers has MORE EXPERIENCE!!!I will come again if she IMPROVES. NOW She has BIG IMPROVEMENT!!!

Be aware the Jackson Ave. Subway location charge tips in the total without your knowledge when you scan your credit card. The tips did not show on the credit card machine but on my receipt. I only ordered for take out, why the store charged me a tip! They did that twice to me, I will not go back to this location. Not being honest!

Stopped off on a Sunday 10:00am. No hazelnut coffee - waited 10 minutes , they say they can't cancel my order on ap that h us have t on call headquarters tomorrow because that are closed on Sunday . How inconvenient - this place sucks

One of the happiest days of my life was when Subway brought back the roast beef! ~ I’m serious…LOL!!! It’s the little things ya know! LOL!! Anyway, this is my local Subway shop and they are always super friendly and move the line quickly! I also order via Uber eats from here when I don’t want to leave my house and my order is always fast and correct! Uber eats tends to be a bit pricey when you add up all the fees, but $25 for a foot long roast beef on Italian herb and cheese bread with ALL the fixings and of course EXTRA MAYO (I’m on a diet- BAHAHAHAHA!!!)is SOOOO WORTH IT!! DEF RECOMMEND!!! PS- don’t forget the Doritos, chocolate chip cookies AND DIET COKE (BAHAHAHAHA) ~ my hunnnies had the Turkey and provolone. He’s not as adventurous in his sandwich fixings!! #startlovinglife
