Consistently a disappointment! Is a manager/owner training their workers on how to prepare food items right!? I ordered salad without spinach so my bowl was less than half full at pickup and no dressing either! Are their dillas sliced using hands b/c it's cut so crooked and small fillings? I've been going to the one in Hicksville when my kids crave it because they know how to make them right CONSISTENTLY! (I even used "contact us" but never heard back)

Barely any chicken when ordering double the meat. Almost like they forgot. Had paid for three wraps with double the meat. Definitely not worth it!!

Tropical always is delicious! Order ahead of you avoid waiting in the lines! I get the combo order that comes with a smoothie and wrap! Great bang for your buck!

I watched one of their male employees (Taha, according to my to-go sticker) repeatedly kicking up employee described "toilet water" that was leaking (in their food prep area and into the dining area) at a female employee despite pleas to stop from both her and another employee that seemed to be managing them both. Her socks and shoes were soaked and by the time I got my smoothie, she had left the store.General unprofessionalism is expected at these locations due to high turnover and this being some people's first jobs, but I draw the line at blatant workplace harassment in full view of the public and tossing borderline biohazard material around in a food-serving establishment. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I was not the only witness.Taha didn't make my smoothie well either; it was a little watery. Definitely not typical Tropical Smoothie consistency.

I love going here early in the morning and getting those half off smoothies. It's a great breakfast/ meal replacement without coding so much
This tropical smoothie is terrible! The salad was old and tasted like it was doused in vinegar. The sandwich wasn’t bad but the bacon was uncooked. My other smoothie tasted like water.

I'm a huge fan of tropical smoothie but this is probably the worst location smoothies are terrible and food even worse. My berry smoothie was like water and my avocado sandwich was burned and nasty. This spot is terrible!

The service was simply awful. I came during my lunch hour. Granted they were busy. I finally knew what I wanted. A man walked in and paid for his order. I’m still standing there. So I said something to the young lady there and she was like oh we have all these orders and I have to pass into the other worker. Well the other worker never looked up and never acknowledged my presence either. He wiped his sweaty brow with a napkin and never washed his hands afterwards. To stand there for over 10 minutes and not be acknowledged is unacceptable. I can eat elsewhere and that’s what I did.
