The staff here are so sweet this is the best Wendy's thus far they're extremely accommodating and the food is always fresh I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place at all and at the way that they handle situations and have great customer service with fresh food these people definitely need to get paid more

May very well be the worst wendys ive ever been to. The place is dated and DISGUSTING. Fries stale and soggy. Nuggets cold and stale. Workers up front were fine, but this place needs a serious overhaul

I went to Wendy’s on Jericho Turnpike Syosset drive through for lunch when I changed my mind, as I was trying to exit I noticed that a Nissan Sentra illegally parked blocking the exit. So I drove up to the window to informed the Wendy’s staff that a car was blocking the exit only to be told that it was the “managers” car so I asked them how could that be? Anyway on my attempt to leave the very tight drive through my rims got damaged. I was so angry that I drove away because of if I went into the restaurant with the anger I am feeling it would have escalated. I will say this I will never go back to that Wendy’s because if the “manager” is so indisciplined I wouldn’t trust them with my food.

I stopped by this location and ordered what I thought was a simple order: a bacon biggie and a regular hamburger, both with no cheese, and a diet coke. At the request of the order-taker, I repeated the order four (4) times. What I received is a biggie with fries and a regular hamburger with double cheese! I threw the entire order in the trash and left. This will be my last visit to a Wendy's.
