I got a chicken sandwich with french fries. Both the chicken and fries were oily and dried as well, probably because of weren't fresh. Maybe stuff was tired (it was after 8 pm), but they weren't nice either. I got my food but was thinking of finishing it as soon as possible and leaving because I didn’t feel the slightest comfort.

I'm from South Carolina. Our Wendy's set a LOW bar for quality. I went to this one on my vacation in NY at 1 am in the morning. The food was hot and fresh and the two ladies working were happy to be helping me at that hour.
At about 10 AM on Wednesday, 09/13/23, I drove through the Wendy's at 250 Jericho Tpk. I purchased an order of Baconator Fries but received a burger instead. I only found it out after I went home. The cashier was an old African-American lady and she was rude. She even did not give me a receipt. I would not recommend this restaurant.

This was my first visit at Wendys, so for a first impression, the restaurant was clean, the service was quick and friendly, and food was a good temperature, and consistency and quality were as expected.

I have no problem with people coming to this country, seeking a better life and working hard for it but you need to put somebody who is taking the orders at the drive-through that can speak and understand English. After correcting her three times when ordering, I got to the window only to find my order was still incorrect. I could tell she did not understand what I was asking her for which was nothing out of the ordinary, and she was just rude at the window. As somebody who has run a business for over 35 years, my suggestion is this. This person is the number one person to come in contact with most of your customers throughout the day. This person taking orders and handing out the food while taking payment is your one and only point of contact with your customer on the drive through line. The rest of your operation can be top-notch and 100% perfect but if this person isn't, you are just going to lose business.
