Here is why I gave this 5 stars overall.. the atmosphere is very pleasant...quiet...you can cone and watch the game or just relax with friends. The service is always pleasant and quick. Plenty of parking. Near campus and other places. The food is limited but very good. I absolutely love coming here.

The place was clean and aesthetic.But it was also expensive. $15 for two slices of French toast, or 3 pancakes. No sides, just the bread products.Service was meh. Got a half a glass of water and then sat there for 30 minutes, with no interaction with the waitress, dying of thirst.At least the food was good and came with real maple syrup.

Honestly when I walked in here I wasn't expecting to have the brunch that I had. when I sat down I was a bit hesitant with the food selection and the general ambience of the restaurant. However the customer service, specifically Tammy, is incredible and the experience was elevated as soon as she became a part of our day. The food is above average and good prices, however the customer service is incredible, and don't forget bottomless mimosas for everyone!!!!!!!!! In the end of the day I had a great experience here and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

They are among only 2 other restaurants in the area, who know how to make authentic "Egg Benedict" without overcooking it. I almost always order it from them on Saturdays. Many other breakfast placed just always overcook it.
I ordered online for pickup and the wait time was 30-50 minutes. However, apparently when you order online through the website, the restaurant doesn't get the order, even though I got a confirmation the restaurant had received the order!! This is crazy! Why is there an online ordering option that is ineffective? I had to wait an extra 20 minutes beyond the 50 minute wait time for my food. Apparently the restaurant has new management, and they aren't doing such a great job. They have lost my business.

Food is good. Bar service was atrocious. With numerous open seats at the bar (perhaps half seating capacity) it took 30minutes to order a glass of wine and the bartender was quite rude.

Had lunch - chicken sandwich and pulled pork sandwich. Pork was good. Chicken was cooked well, juicy, but bland - no breading or seasoning. Bar staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by food orders but a manager stepped out to help the moment we sat down at a table. Decent food for a hotel.Parking: Not enough parking for the event that was running at the hotel. No additional parking nearby that we could find. We were lucky to get a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, auto doors, all good.

Typical hotel restaurant in quality and price. Not worth the money. Burger was fine, but not worth $16. Fries were a little oily but had some crispiness to them. Almost no options for vegetarians. Appetizers were unimpressive. Cocktails seem geared towards a child's palette. Beer selection is nothing special. If there weren't a bazillion great options to eat or drink at right outside the hotel, it would be forgivable. For those staying there, don't settle. Our service was good. The place looks like a generic hotel space, was clean despite being jarringly bland.
