Decided to eat at this restaurant because it was a convenient half-way meeting point for a family Thanksgiving meal (buffet). Never again for the price they charged.
Turkey was hard, pre-cut, overcooked, dried out, needed a steak knife to cut it. Yucch.
Salad was pre-drenched with unflattering dressing such that no one who eats greens for health (such as myself) would ever get want to get near it. So, yes, they screwed that up as well.

A friend of mine recently stayed at the Collegian Hotel. I met him for a drink at the hotel restaurant Salt. Their selection of bourbons was a nice surprise. The bartender was extremely pleasant and attentive. I stayed longer than I anticipated as we were catching up. I order a burger and it was delicious. I customized it with an egg... to help soak up the bourbon. I have family coming into town next month, they're staying there. Get the bourbon ready!
