Waited a long time to get seated. Service was very slow. The food was good overall. Omelet and benedict were hot and tasty. Home fries were warm and seemed like they had been sitting. Table was dirty and we used an extra napkin to clean it ourselves. The water glasses had significant water stains. The coffee was hot but not refilled.
Here is why I gave this 5 stars overall.. the atmosphere is very pleasant...quiet...you can cone and watch the game or just relax with friends. The service is always pleasant and quick. Plenty of parking. Near campus and other places. The food is limited but very good. I absolutely love coming here.
I ordered online for pickup and the wait time was 30-50 minutes. However, apparently when you order online through the website, the restaurant doesn't get the order, even though I got a confirmation the restaurant had received the order!! This is crazy! Why is there an online ordering option that is ineffective? I had to wait an extra 20 minutes beyond the 50 minute wait time for my food. Apparently the restaurant has new management, and they aren't doing such a great...
