When I say the mushroom Swiss burger was hitting in all the right spots today that was wonderful the service was excellent we will be pass through again thank you to the whole staff !!!and whoever flip that burger keep flipping do your thang !!!!!!

Erie blvd, Syracuse. Had lunch with a friend and ordered a chicken Caesar salad. It was dry with hardly any dressing, tiny pieces of chicken, 5 croutons, no Parmesan cheese. If this product was tested in your test kitchen, it’s a total fail. Or, your cooks need more training. When paying my bill, I found it rude that the server asked me if I needed change. That is unprofessional. When I pay cash I want to leave what I want to leave. Not a server deciding what I leave. They try to scam people with that.

My server Alana was great she was very polite and respectful, laughed with me very quick to clear empty plates and refill my drink and the food was awesome I had a very good time here and definitely will be back.

Where do I start we waited 20 mins for our soft drinks. When we got em they were completely flat. We got our appetizer before our drinks. I waited 10 mins for a refill. The manager is walking around with his pants sagging and shirt half way tucked in. The workers were literally sitting at the bar talking so loud about guest who were unhappy with their service. The burger was so greasy that my bun was soggy. Very unprofessional. I’m beyond unsatisfied with my visit. If I’m spending as much money as I did I expect to not hear workers and the manager talking down on unhappy dinners. But she sure did come fast with check we didn’t even ask for it.

We arrived with a larger sized group and the staff were very accommodating and made room for us. The meal I ordered was very unexpectedly spicy and without missing a beat, the kind hostess/waitress replaced my meal with something I enjoyed very much. We really appreciated their service after a long day and will go back again when we’re in the area.
