I literally just left here, get home and my cheese sauces were NOT in the bag. Then on top of that the fries are old & NOT hot at all. I live one min away, so they should have still been hot. I feel like my food was rushed because my sandwich meat was barely on the sandwiches. Very disappointing, this location doesn’t have to worry about me again.
For the people that are working there. You feel like they readily are glad to see. And want to make you happy.

For the fact that Arbys corporate has ruled that the customer has no say in what is served. I went in to get my husband and myself something to eat. Found out they can no longer serve home style fries. All they can have now is those horrible spicy fries. Left and went next door too Wendy's. Prefer Arbys but not without the home style fries
