Finally got to try some of their food after seeing them online over a year but missing their food trucks whenever they were in town. AMAZING!!! I got a beef quesadilla and my bf got a birria beef rice bowl. both fantastic!! (we both favored the quesadilla a little though). Highly recommend their food! The owner is an absolute sweetheart as well 💕

Birria Quesatacos SYR is a true gem in Syracuse, offering fantastic and authentic Mexican food. The restaurant has a great interior with lots of space to sit and eat. It is a nice family-owned business where the owners and staff are the nicest, providing prompt, friendly, and excellent service.
The menu has lots of options, including chicken birria tacos, beef tacos, a chicken birria burrito, quesadillas, and beans and rice. The chicken and beef tacos are undeniably one of a kind and delicious, with homemade corn tortillas that are crunchy. The birria sauce and consume are so good and a great addition. The chicken birria burrito has a nice crunchy outside and shredded meat that is yummy in taste and texture. For dessert, the strawberry tres leches is heavenly and highly recommended.
The food is hand-down delicious, with amazing flavors that can make you warm inside on a cold day. The location is easy to find with street parking outside, and they have music playing softly. With good prices on the tacos, it is a fantastic place to support and return to.
