Overall have good things to say, our server was pleasant and attentive. Beer was decent. My only complaint here is the food price for what you get. I got a chicken sandwich (it was tasty) with two beers and it was 50 bucks, and I was hungry 1hr later. Given that price tag there are a lot of places I'd prolly go before here. (20% was included in $50)

I can confirm that I have officially had the best burger that I've had in my entire life. Sure they're a bit expensive but they literally taste insanely good. The cowabunga bull is my burger of choice.

Come here for Tuesday night boardgame night and always have a blast with friends. Sparrow is one of the best waiters I've come across in a hot second, super kind and knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. Duck Wontons are AMAZING. Also the fries are a hidden secret, so crunchy and flaky. If you get more gluten free options, I'll FIND a way to give you a 6th star!

A great locally owned place inside the mall! We tried four beers, they were all delicious! Food was great, especially the queso. Our server had great knowledge of the history of the restaurant and the items on the menu. Was our first time here, but will not be our last. We will be coming back for sure.

This brewery is awesome!!! The owner sat us at the bar where we were given the best service between him and the bartender. Both were personable and extremely nice. I appreciated the amount of attention we were given while still being left to hold our own conversation. The beer is amazing. Everything we tried was awesome. After ordering a flight and talking about the sours with the owner he brought us the other two to try and I was hooked. The lemon meringue pie sour was awesome! We brought home a growler of that and a four pack of the rainbow sherbet sour. They were both so good!!! Our food was amazing!!! The bacon jam on the Irishman burger was out of this world. The owner and the bartender made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves and we did!!! I will definitely be back.

Good beer and many things on the menu can be made gluten free!

While visiting friends in Oswego, they were adamant about coming to Bullfinch to have lunch and awesomely flavorful beer. This was a solid recommendation! Four of us arrived at noon on a Sunday, right as Bullfinch opened for the day, and were able to pick out where we wanted to sit. We chose a nice, spacious booth behind the bar. Our waitress, Raffaella, came right over with an extra beer menu and gave us some time to look it over as she grabbed waters for us all. In the meantime, one of the founders/owners of Bullfinch Brewing came over and chatted with us, telling us about Bullfinch, some stories behind the beer, including how "Underwater Donut Screams" came to be and what makes "A Date in Jötenheim" so unique - a style I had never had before I came here. All of us were so bummed they did not have it in cans when we left! Having one of the owners come over and talk to us, he even checked in on us throughout our meal, is absolutely huge in elevating the dining experience for me, it makes me feel special and shows how appreciative he was for us coming! It was just him though, our waitress Raffaella, was awesome, so much fun to talk to, gave excellent recommendations, and did a fantastic job checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of. Since it was my first time at Bullfinch, I asked her for a few recommendations and they were spot-on, demonstrating how well she knew the menu and enjoyed it herself. I ended up getting a flight of four, plus one, as I could not settle on just four! Every beer sounded so good to me, a couple I had and loved were "Peanut Butter Mind Flayer", "Underwater Donut Screams", and the new one, "A Date in Jötenheim". For lunch, I went with The Irishman burger - special blend burger topped with their beer bacon jam and Irish aged sharp cheddar cheese, though instead of their normal bun, I took Raffaella's recommendation and swapped to a pretzel bun for a small up-charge - and a side of sweet potato fries for a small up-charge. The burger was great, with a nice amount of cheese and plenty of beer bacon jam. That pretzel bun paired so well with this burger too, definitely the right call! The sweet potato fries had a brown sugar dusting over them, the right amount to know it was there but not over power the fries. The burger, sweet potato fries, and flight of five were plenty filling - I was full the rest of the day! The prices were pretty fair, maybe a little higher than some other sit-down restaurants, but still fair. In summary, I absolutely loved my experience with Bullfinch Brewing! The beer here is delicious and so flavorful, I actually wound up grabbing a four-pack of a few different beers before I left! In addition to the beer, the customer service experience here was phenomenal! The co-founder/owner taking time to talk to us and our awesome waitress, Raffaella, really made this a great experience for me! I definitely plan to come back as they build upon their food menu and continue expanding their beer list!

We went to Bullfinch to celebrate my sister's 21st birthday. Our server, Sparrow was excellent. The drinks were on point. Unfortunately, the food was lacking. None of us were really wowed by our dinners. My husband came home with a massive stomach ache from the stiff cheese on the nachos. As tabletop gamers, we love this place but I'm not sure if we would order food here again.

We came here to drink. And drink we did. I was so happy to try the True Strike IPA. It was delightful and fruity as far as an IPA goes and it went down well. This is a great spot to try at the mall when you want to catch a buzz. We haven't ordered any food this time around so I don't have any photos of that as of yet. We enjoyed a shot though, a couple of pickle backs with a substitute for Jameson and some terrible pickle juice. All is well and we're still happy ?. At least we had a chance to watch how the fantastic sign art process takes place. I definitely recommend. Check it out for yourself.

My husband and I love trying local breweries, so of course we had to give this place a try. Their beer is delicious! The key lime matcha sour was delicious. I'm not a huge beer fan either, but I would drink this one all the time! It really tasted like key lime pie! My husband had an IPA and really liked it also. Our server also brought us a little sample of a peanut butter stout, which was also delicious. The food was fine. I got a veggie burger, which wasn't very warm when it came out. My husband got a burger and also thought it was fine. Our waiter was nice and attentive. We were here around 1:30 on a Monday and it wasn't too loud. I would definitely come back here for a drink. I might pass on the food, but if I was hungry, would eat here again.

I have to be gluten-free and although this restaurant lists “GF” options, from my experience, they need more training. I stated to the waiter that I had to have the GF bun for the hamburger (which sadly wasn’t all that tasty) and he told me the fries weren’t gluten free which I figured but appreciated being told. He said, “You can have the salad.” So I went with that. The salad came with croutons- clearly not understanding what gluten-free means. My salad was replaced but didn’t have the cheese in it and the waiter said nonchalantly “that he/cook was able to dump the food in there but couldn’t get to the cheese.”I understand that restaurants have been hurt by Covid, but please understand that some people truly have conditions where they are limited so if you offer GF food, then put the effort into making it truly GF. I also was charged extra for my salad- that’s unfair. Could I have complained and should I have? Definitely and will do next time. I gave the 20% tip because I know it’s not easy working in the food industry, but I also work very hard for my income as well.I gave one star because my non-GF friends enjoyed their meals- chicken Caesar wrap and teriyaki burger. My burger cost $18.50 plus another $2 for the terrible GF bun. That hamburger was not worth that much money. If you have to the GF, I wouldn’t recommend going there.

Atmosphere was positive and service was very quick. Food came out fast and was very yummy. Fries were out of this world, loved the breading on them and not too salty. Waitress seemed a little spacey and not very sure of what was going on but overall she was nice.
