“My home away from home. Food is always alr and tasty. Deena Pete that pretty light skinned girl with the pretty hair the cool guy with the cool hair and that other big white lady i think shes the big boss im pretty sure, there good people and they work hard. Good people. Free refills and receipts. Good people in there truly good people. Thank you especially deena, ur the best and my favorite. They got some tunes playing on the radio in there. Some rewards on the wall. Nice place.“
“Best BK in Syracuse. Every other one we ever go to gets our orders wrong 8 times out of 10. This location is super patient with you and if they do get an order wrong, they strive to correct it without making you feel like it's your fault like other fast food places.
Dietary restrictions: Make it clear if you have any allergies, I recommend going inside so the manager can better help make your meal without the pressure of the drive through.“
“Food is good. Service was ok. They forget things so u have to look in your bag make sure it's all there. Cookies are old and hard but still taste good. Imagine if they were fresh but it's like they were sitting there for a few days“

“Today my sons and I ordered through the app with our Walmart+ account. It was a long line, but we were patient, but not everyone was. One lady (Jen?) was yelling at a service worker with long braids and red tips and at one point she threw her order at the service worker. The manager did a great job diverting the worker from retaliation, but I was appalled at the customer. Kuddos for the manager for maintaining a level head. I was going to give a tip, but she said she wasn’t allowed to take tips at this location, but said I could leave a review. Everything was great in spite of a chaotic situation. Thank you! (P.S. let me know if you need help identifying the person who threw her food at the worker as I have their picture.)

“This little Burger King is on the edge of my neighborhood they only seem to hire young kids and they're always super cool ...the young dude that helped me on this particular mission was so friendly that I ended up leaving him a tip. Whoever is managing must be cool too because lets face it BK isnt always great service wise but this one is...“
“Currently under renovations due to re-open in Mid December 2024. The staff and this location are wonderful however. It's gonna be a tough couple of months not visiting and having dine in here for a while. Sue the manager along with Jamie, Tina, Tammy, Shannon and the rest are a great cohesive unit. That leads to awesome service and great food.“
“Always fresh ingredients and real beef.Who doesn't like a whopper or an original chicken sandwich. Buy two whopper jrs and pay only $5.00 buy anything and fill out the survey on the back of your receipt and get a free whopper with the purchase of a small soda and small fries or onion rings. Great promotions and decent food says this place is ok by me. Heck, you don't even have to get out of your car and you can even use an app if your just buried in your cell phone.“
“I got the fish sandwich combo. I wanted more lettuce on the fish and a lady (brown hair, didn't get name) came out from behind the counter and saw I needed something and asked me. She brought me back a bunch of lettuce! Now that's super customer service!!! Great staff AND food at this location.“
