Burger King in Rome

“As a former BK store manager, I really must commend my visit to the Black River Blvd Rome location today. I ordered online, and when I got there the drive thru line was very long. It went much faster than expected, and when I arrived at the window you could see the team communicating well and expediting like a well oiled machine. Oh, and btw every item ordered was perfection. You could tell whoever put the sandwiches together was meticulous about the product they put out. Wrapping papers were folded nicely and what was inside...textbook. Like I said, as a former store manager, I was impressed. These folks need commendation.“

“This is one of the few true fast food places on the main stretch of Rome whose burgers actually feel like a burger. It seems like fast food burgers these days leave much to be desired. Small patties, who are packed with more filler than actual beef. And usually left under a heat base until they are ordered. This place is the only one that you can actually smell for blocks in the area. Food is good, and fresh most times. The crew is friendly, but the room, if you want to eat inside is quite limited. But as for quality, you actually feel like you got your money's worth.“
