Burger King in Syracuse

“As far as fast food burger joints go, this is among the best in Syracuse, and I can count on one hand how many others are open 24/7 like this one is. While there can be a long wait in the drive thru, it's because they make the orders properly and I promise you the wait is worth it. Everything was fresh, and the order accuracy was 100% on point. I've worked in food service for 7+ years so when I see excellent service like this, I feel the need to shout it from the rooftops. I'll be going here more often.“

“The consistently great service and outstanding food at the western lights Burger King is always excellent, I can count on hot coffee exactly how I like it every time ,the breakfast sandwiches that I get just about every morning are delicious, the staff and managers at that store are always ready to serve you , recently one of the regular morning crew by the name of paul went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, I said I could use some extra napkins and some ketchup and he had me pull forward and ran it right out !! “Went through the drive through to grab a quick lunch for my daughter, kids chicken nugget meal and a cheeseburger. Service was average. Food was average. Order was correct. We enjoyed the ‘toy’ that came with the meal! It was the card game ‘go fish.’ We had a blast playing it when we got home. Thank you not another little plastic toy, this was original and created a family game night out of it.“

“Food is good. Service was ok. They forget things so u have to look in your bag make sure it's all there. Cookies are old and hard but still taste good. Imagine if they were fresh but it's like they were sitting there for a few days“

“Today my sons and I ordered through the app with our Walmart+ account. It was a long line, but we were patient, but not everyone was. One lady (Jen?) was yelling at a service worker with long braids and red tips and at one point she threw her order at the service worker. The manager did a great job diverting the worker from retaliation, but I was appalled at the customer. Kuddos for the manager for maintaining a level head. I was going to give a tip, but she said she wasn’t allowed to take tips at this location, but said I could leave a review. Everything was great in spite of a chaotic situation. Thank you! (P.S. let me know if you need help identifying the person who threw her food at the worker as I have their picture.)

“I actually unironically love this burger king. I'm actually writing this review because my friend questioned why I love burger king.

I've been doordashing from here to get myself a nice little sweet treat at the end of my work week and the quality has stayed consistent all throughout. I normally spend 20-30 here just because I have to put my order in before they close and I have to order to last my whole shift.

The food has been consistently fresh, the bags are properly sealed and their new bags have like a built in glue seal which is really nice.

I went here once with my wife and some addict started shouting on the phone about needing something but she was on her way out the door anyways so there's only so much the workers can do about that.

Definitely lock your doors if you show up in person.

If nothing else their night manager is doing a really good job.“

“Currently under renovations due to re-open in Mid December 2024. The staff and this location are wonderful however. It's gonna be a tough couple of months not visiting and having dine in here for a while. Sue the manager along with Jamie, Tina, Tammy, Shannon and the rest are a great cohesive unit. That leads to awesome service and great food.“

“Always fresh ingredients and real beef.Who doesn't like a whopper or an original chicken sandwich. Buy two whopper jrs and pay only $5.00 buy anything and fill out the survey on the back of your receipt and get a free whopper with the purchase of a small soda and small fries or onion rings. Great promotions and decent food says this place is ok by me. Heck, you don't even have to get out of your car and you can even use an app if your just buried in your cell phone.“
