Went to get something fast to eat yesterday at Burger king in dewitt. I got a rodeo cheese burger n jalapeño bites. When i asked the lady if the ranch was in the bag she said it dont come w Ranch. I politely said since when I worked for burger king for years n it always came w it. She was like no it dont I am the manager n I said it dont. So she charge me for the sauce so I called my old boss n she said they do come w the sauce so I even looked it up n it even says on Google that it does. Wow so disappointing for this store to be a Carrols. This is not my first time being very disappointed in this BK. I know the sauce was only 30cents but still the attitude n then she says I fight w all the customers about this well I just smh. Do better BK
Went in tonight through the drive thru, and the woman working the speaker was incredibly rude. Rude enough to make me very uncomfortable. If you want BK, skip this one.
The lady taking our order through the drive thru was extremely rude and had no patience at all. When my father was asking what my brother wanted to drink the lady said “HELLO DRINK!!” Very rudely and loud. It was quiet for a while and then another girl took her place.

Worst experience I have ever had an any fast food restaurant . Was excited to see cini minis are back, drove all the way here and ordered a meal along with them, didn’t get them. Fine okay I immediately pulled back around and very politely asked if I can have them since I did not , she says absolutely so I pull up and the girl at the window was NASTY I’m talking nasty nasty trying to accuse me of lying, acting like this is coming out of her paycheck. I went to hand her the exact bag I had JUST left the drive thru with and she says to her manager who was very happily handing them to me without issue, “well they’re probably not in there anymore but they were” bc she knew she was dead wrong. Such an unnecessary interaction, she did not even need to be involved. A joke of a place , don’t know why I expected any different. Don’t go here LOL

Today I was driving past this Burger king locarion and noticed it was new. I decided to stop on my way to my next job. When i went to place my order in the drive thru a woman named Mary was very rude to me for no reason at all. I decided that I didn't feel safe eating at that location. I left and went to the thompson road Burger King. I asked if they had any affiliation with the new erie blvd restaurant and she said they are owned by the same person. I told he I had to leave the other location because of what happened and she knew exactly who it was. They apologized for her and then all of the employees said that's Mary and they were all confirming with each other that she is known to be very rude. I hope Mary finds peace, but i

The cashier was having trouble with a coupon and I just watched a manager walk away from a customer and she said I can't deal with this problem with your coupon.

They delivered my order very late even though there was no one in the store and the staff inside are not nice at all. They don't treat people well at all. They just keep people waiting.
Everything was fine for lunch rush,until I asked for juice for the King Jr's meal, which I technically received, with the mini straw to g with it...

I've never had such a bad experience in a drive-thru. First, they don't answer the call box to place your order for atleast 15 minutes, then you wait in line for another 20 to just get your food. Then when you get your food everything is wrong, missing sauces, ect. The only thing they got right was my drink. I'd give 0 stars if I could
I must like to torture myself because that is what it feels like going to this Burger King. There are 2 drive thru lanes to order from, unfortunately if your in the outside lane there's a good chance they won't acknowledge that your there. Cars in the first lane order and go through while the outside lane sits there. Its happened on multiple occasions. Then when you finally get to order the wait times are incredibly long. Its been this way since the place opened. Apparently whoever owns this location isn't interested in improving the customer experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Slowest drive thru on the east Coast
Only giving 1 star because I can't go lower, waited in line for 20 minutes while I watched multiple others have their order taken from the ELECTRONIC KIOSK before I was even looked at. Isn't the point of the electronic kiosks so workers don't have to assist with orders? Why even have a counter to take orders if you only want people using kiosks?! Highly disappointed and DID NOT have it my way.
