I've never had such a bad experience in a drive-thru. First, they don't answer the call box to place your order for atleast 15 minutes, then you wait in line for another 20 to just get your food. Then when you get your food everything is wrong, missing sauces, ect. The only thing they got right was my drink. I'd give 0 stars if I could
I must like to torture myself because that is what it feels like going to this Burger King. There are 2 drive thru lanes to order from, unfortunately if your in the outside lane there's a good chance they won't acknowledge that your there. Cars in the first lane order and go through while the outside lane sits there. Its happened on multiple occasions. Then when you finally get to order the wait times are incredibly long. Its been this way since the place opened. Apparently whoever owns this location isn't interested in improving the customer experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Slowest drive thru on the east Coast
Only giving 1 star because I can't go lower, waited in line for 20 minutes while I watched multiple others have their order taken from the ELECTRONIC KIOSK before I was even looked at. Isn't the point of the electronic kiosks so workers don't have to assist with orders? Why even have a counter to take orders if you only want people using kiosks?! Highly disappointed and DID NOT have it my way.

The drive thru attendant can't hear. I ordered a value meal. I received a sandwich and drink. When I asked where the fries are they say I never ordered fried. Then change $3.99 for a medium fry. I won't be back

For shame, omitted a breakfast sandwich & very greasy hash browns and there was no line of customers behind or ahead of me. Order taker was friendly. Atmosphere, it was the drive thru.

Don’t order from here if you wanna be treated poorly. I only have cash on me so I called this wretched place to ask if they can accept cash for delivery and the lady just slammed the phone down and ended my call. First off I’m having a day and second she decides to treat me like that? After composing myself after a few minutes I tried to call them again but it went straight to voicemail. I now feel like crying thanks to these guys. I’ll never be buying from here again.

I ordered three burgers today, absolutely delicious. Although Burger King has been open for a while, this is my first time ordering. Definitely worth the money, fast and convenient. I like its taste and the atmosphere and decoration inside the store. New but professional

used to be fantastic when it first opened, but recently been going downhill, yesterday on Sunday April 14th, was in line for almost 30 minutes during my lunch break, the young lady working the window finally comes back after around 15 minutes after half of the line leaves because they’ve been waiting for so long, now i’m at the window after ordering a whopper junior with fries, i pay and get my change, the lady walks away again and this other guy hands me a bag with 2 buffalo wraps and quickly walks away before i could say this is not my order, then the young lady comes back and gives me MY order without even recognizing that they just gave me 2 free wraps. I don’t know what happned to this location where such chaos could take place but they need to get their sunday crew back in check because there’s no reason for half of your line to leave after ordering becuase the person working window is just that neglectful . now the person on the receipt “Brian” i believe is the one who took my order, he’s not even the problem whoever the young lady was taking 15 minute breaks or whatever in the back is the one who needs to be put in check, not to mention the quality of the wraps that i didn’t even order is terrible. what a terrible experience, because of this i aswell only had 5 minutes to eat the underwhelming product before i had to go back into work.
