The place was completely empty (except for one gentleman who was sitting at a table with a drink) when myself and the person I was with entered. We placed an order at the kiosk because no one came to help us after we stood there for 5 minutes. The workers in the back and drive through were walking around and/or standing and chatting with each other. No one acknowledged us at all. Once we placed an order at the kiosk, we still had to wait another 20 minutes before a girl came and gave us our cups so that we could get our drinks. Then they called our name we thought our order was ready, but then she told us they were working on it- we still had to wait another 10 minutes before getting our food. The food was a burger with small fry, a small mozzarella sticks and a large size cheese tater tots things (which tasted nasty like chemicals, by the way.) It's a good thing we didn't have anywhere else to be, since the order was slow as molasses. While we waited there was someone who came in and picked up an online order, who was tended to in about 7 minutes. 2 other people came in and placed orders on the kiosk while we sat and waited for our food. The place was obviously very slow and it didn't seem like there should have been such a lag between ordering and receiving our food. Would definitely not suggest eating here if you're in a hurry. And with other choices like McDonalds and Taco Bell right nearby, I don't see any reason to ever come here again. If they only wanted to deal with people at the drive through, then they should have the inside closed to customers. At least the tables were for the most part cleaned.

They was taking so long but the gay boy from McDonald’s was really a help he took my order and gave me my food hot & fresh I asked him his name & he told me his name was Louis they need more people like him god bless his soul

Just waited 20 minutes for our food. Possibly longer. Food is cold. No refund/coupon or anything. Understaffed for a Friday evening. Disorganized. Not happy. Will never come here again. Tried giving me my order without items clearly on the receipt. And the manger was the one putting our order together

They are a little on the slow side but every single time I go the food is Super Fresh and cooked perfect
Fast food? Whats that? This is SLOW food! This is the closest burger king to my job so i eat here all the time after work. Usually takes about 10 minutes JUST to place your order, then another 10-15 minutes waiting for the food. Its usually warm enough and all there at least (unless the workers are high that night)

Staff in evening time works at molasses speed. 6 standing around watching one tape up a DoorDash order lol. Feel bad for the owner paying 6 salaries for one worker who barely works. Got to love communism city workers
