I had a bad experience with an item I purchased and they contacted me and fixed the situation immediately. I appreciate this store for this. Definitely remain a customer now. Customer service has been nothing but excellent so far.
I had to leave a glowing review for this employee at their corporate office, Marcus went above and beyond for me. I won’t get into details so it doesn’t happen again to him (as I have already let HR know) but I just have to say that, hands down MARCUS MADE THE BEST SUB I have ever had anywhere and that includes my past wegmans subs too!!
