I've pre-ordered over the phone. The orders were only started when I arrived after the 15 minutes I was told it would take. This has happened on a few occasions. When I voiced my displeasure the clerk was snippy and the owner who was in the background never spoke up. I've been a patron for many years but I think I'm done now.
The pizza tonight was the best I’ve had anywhere in Syracuse in a long time. Highly recommend Velasko deli. On fire lately!
