Very good beer had sticky fingers
I have a mixed review. The bartenders were super nice and friendly. I wasn't a fan of the beverage selection as they didn't have any seltzers. Maybe look into getting at least one seltzer option. But that's not a make or break with how friendly the staff were. My friend and I went for the Hazbin Hotel rave. Unfortunately we didn't end up staying too long since there wasn't any music from the show or even any popular music at all. It was only beats and it was hard to dance to that. We met some cool people but everyone agreed that it was pretty boring. We drove an hour and a half each way from Rochester and it was just disappointing. Everyone was friendly and the place was lovely as far as a bar goes but the event itself was very disappointing.
Lots of fun! Went for the 'Hazbin Hotel' Halloween rave and had an absolute blast!
Fun rave space, pretty small but nice culture. Crowd was 30s-40s.
I don't know what the vibes are during the day, so this is my review based on night life. It was definitely an older crowd of individuals than I had expected which would have been fine if I didn't feel like they were staring and preying on us all night. Absolutely disgusting people and vibes all around. My friend and I paid $67 after tax for our tickets (Hazbin Halloween Rave) and I am going to try to get our money back. We left within an hour of being there because we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe.
The Buried Acorn has the feel of a cozy bistro, cafe, or pub rather than a restaurant, with its small food prep area and bar. We tried the beef on weck, Italian beef, a pretzel, and a Caesar salad. The sandwiches were tasty, the pretzel was crispy on the outside but soft inside, though the cheese sauce was disappointingly thin and watery. On the positive side, the Caesar salad's thick dressing was a hit.
Drinks were decent, my Old Fashioned had an unusual red color but tasted good, while my wife's lemon drop was quite strong. However, the service at the bar was lacking; the bartender seemed distracted on his phone, and I had trouble getting his attention, which led to a lower tip.
The atmosphere inside was cool and inviting, with great art and non-intrusive music. Despite a strong odor outside, the inside had no such issue, and it was easy to hold a conversation. Overall, it has potential.
I visited a variety of breweries in Syracuse NY, and although this wasn't the most aesthetic place for a brewery, the beer by far was the best tasting. It wasn't because this was the first place I went to, but the other places visited were memorable for their atmosphere and locations. I personally wouldn't trade taste for aesthetics.
Great eats and artisan beers. They have live music with amazing local artists. It's just a good vibe all around. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It's definitely worth a visit.
Awesome brewery that makes a ton of fantastic beers with especially great sour beers. The brew master told us all about the beers and the sandwiches were great too.
Great little place to hang out. The staff was helpful in selecting a beer and great to talk with.

Great Food & Of Course Great Beer!
I travel for business and have visited breweries across the country. Often I’ll get a flight of beer and some dinner. Yesterday I took my whole family to the Buried Acorn. I have never been there before. Not everyone in the family loves craft brews like I do, but they were all up for it. The place was super easy to find and had lots of parking. So glad we chose the Buried Acorn! The atmosphere was open and airy, their food exceeded our expectations and we all had a blast. We started with the giant pretzel as it goes great with beer! We got Caesar Salad, Spicy Pepperoni Flatbread, Italian Beef and a Mediterranean Wrap! My wife and kids loved the Spicy Pepperoni Flatbread they could not stop talking about it. I loved the Caesar Salad and my son really enjoyed the Mediterranean Wrap! All the food was fresh and cooked just right! We did not have any items left to take home! The beer was extremely refreshing! I got the Hot Whip IPA. My family drank the Good Views Pilsner and St Magnifiera IPA. The Hot Whip had great color, aroma, balance and carbonation. We got the opportunity to meet the owners Tim and Crystal. They were so down to earth and seemed to be all about making guests happy while providing first class service, food and Beer! We will be back!
Beers are varied, unusual, some good, some not, but pricey.
Best Belgians in town; we come here every week !
Very friendly staff, nice decor, a wide variety of craft beer selection, and decent food. Went for trivia night, which was fun. Light, friendly atmosphere was my experience, mostly younger (20s, 30s) crowd, but there was a broader range.
A great local brewery with a friendly bartender and good food! They have a small selection of trivia/board games to use.
