After Covid they went down hill I assume that’s why they closed the rest of their cafes. Inconsistent coffee, slow to get it, changed their food menu 100 different times. They used to have solid coffee and sandwiches. Once they opened the north Syracuse location it was all down hill. No one could make a regular iced latte consistent it never had enough syrup and I’m not a sweet person but I like a bit of vanilla in my latte never had a problem until that location. We love the coffee! Sadly, we’ve tried two different breakfast sandwiches and have thrown both away. This time, they recommended the breakfast wrap because it’s “more bang for your buck”. Well, while that is true, there was a solid 3 inches of overcooked eggs, with three layers of sausage. Ratios, people! Who wants three layers of sausage?? And the eggs are always browned. I abhor overcooked eggs. So another $8 sandwich in the garbage. At least the coffee was good.
Came for the bagel BLT’s and it’s sad to say they’ve been taken off the menu. Lost a long time customer and a lot of my friends/family.
