After Covid they went down hill I assume that’s why they closed the rest of their cafes. Inconsistent coffee, slow to get it, changed their food menu 100 different times. They used to have solid coffee and sandwiches. Once they opened the north Syracuse location it was all down hill. No one could make a regular iced latte consistent it never had enough syrup and I’m not a sweet person but I like a bit of vanilla in my latte never had a problem until that location. Came for the bagel BLT’s and it’s sad to say they’ve been taken off the menu. Lost a long time customer and a lot of my friends/family.
