The vibe was really calm and relaxing. Really good coffee.

This place is nasty my coffee is as bad and as burnt like coffee from a gas station, an indication that the coffee had been sitting all day and was probably expired. The food was not what I had expected bad quality for an expensive price, and the service, I should say what service I brought this to the attention of the person at the counter and they told me the food is baked at different locations around town depending on the day, this alone to me was a red flag, as for the coffee, he said they were told to give it more time and not to throw it out and not to make it fresh when the time was up. At this point I did not want him to remake I just wanted to leave. Not a good experience at all. I will not be back. If you have not been here I would suggest you look for a better place and if you have been here I will let the coffee speak for itself.

Ordered a couple of drinks. Cold brew was undrinkable, it was horrible. The tea I ordered was super weak as well.I also had to wait quite some time before someone showed up to the front counter to place my order, and the wait for the drinks was longer than one would expect considering that is wasn’t particularly busy. The trash can outside was disgustingly overfilled, in desperate need of attention.Overall, very disappointed, could have had a better experience at a gas station. I do not plan to visit again.

I don’t know what happened but all of a sudden they were saying the ran out of stuff, or “sorry I’m not making food for 20 more minutes please come back later” or I would be waiting in line for about 20 min for a breakfast sandwich.

I try to support local shops, so I came here and ordered regular brewed coffee, one mocha, and one caramel latte. The coffee wasn't bad, but wasn't something I'd look forward to either. The worst thing is that it took them so long to prepare these three cups. Every several minutes they would bring out a cup. We waited at the window for no less than 10 mins and we had people behind us waiting too. (I could see their cups prepared before ours). The cookies were good, but felt like they should've been baked a bit more and you could smell the eggs in them, otherwise could've been excellent. Overall, average experience but not sure I'd return again.

I was difficult when ordering (could not figure out what I wanted) and the staff was incredible with suggestions and listing everything they had to offer. I ended up trying their pumpkin spice and it was really good!Very quiet and seating feels private, so getting work done is easy.I'm so glad they're in N. Syracuse now!

Okay , so I swing in to grab a coffee , and a bagel with , bacon , and cheese . Only 1 car in front of me , this should be quick …. WRONG ! 13 minute wait with only 1 car in line. , then my order was wrong .. ugh ! Back around the building I go , to wait another 10 minutes , only for it to be wrong again !! I understand that staffing is difficult , but if you can’t actually serve your customers , don’t try to.

I just went through the drive through and got a breakfast sandwich and a medium black coffee. The sandwich really blew me away with the quantity, flavor, texture, packaging, everything. Very impressed! Great price, too. I would spend $7 on that sandwich again in a heartbeat. Well done!

This cafe was recommended to me as an alternative to Dunkin Donuts, and I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, it let me down. The wait to order was long, even though no one was in front of me, as there was only one employee working, and she had to tend to drive thru line. I ordered a cappuccino and scone. Apparently everything comes in to-go containers, even if you're eating in. So my cappuccino came in a paper cup, which was disappointing (although it did taste okay, just not sweet enough even though I asked for sugar), and the scone came in a paper box. It was also so overcooked that I could not bite through it. I had to break it into pieces with my hands. Not the cafe experience I was looking for. The only good thing was that the employee working was very nice. ‍ I'll not be coming back here.

The coffee was good - the service was great. The price was a little high and the ambiance was just so so.
