I try to support local shops, so I came here and ordered regular brewed coffee, one mocha, and one caramel latte. The coffee wasn't bad, but wasn't something I'd look forward to either. The worst thing is that it took them so long to prepare these three cups. Every several minutes they would bring out a cup. I was difficult when ordering (could not figure out what I wanted) and the staff was incredible with suggestions and listing everything they had to offer. I ended up trying their pumpkin spice and it was really good!Very quiet and seating feels private, so getting work done is easy.I'm so glad they're in N. Syracuse now!
