I’ve been going here for 48 yrs. The best soft serve anywhere in Syracuse. The best pistachio and mint soft serve that nobody else has! HOWEVER, when you are open until 9pm and start pulling the ice cream bins from the case while 6 ppl are still in line at 8:33 makes me want to call your boss! There needs to be better supervision over these kids running the store. Who wants to order a flavor that they can’t see?Whats the delight in that? Work ethic. Same thing happened when I showed up at 10:30 am when they open and the soft serve was dripping down the cone because it wasn’t ready and the case wasn’t stocked with flavors. If you open at 10:30 you better be ready to serve prepared icecream. Nuff said.

Not usually one to complain but I asked for two scoops and they decided to give me maybe half a scoop of scraps. I thought it was a joke but I guess not.
My wife and I went there for ice cream I asked for one kind they didn't have it so I got a twist and they couldn't get the machine cold enough so they gave me a melting twist it was like drinking milk it wasn't even firm I thought the thing was going to fall off the cone not impressed I found the staff rude

We're in Syracuse to be with family and a tradition for 60 years is this ice cream store. We ll pick up desert, ice cream sandwich. A Six pack.

They made my custom ice cream cake no problem. They were happy to have plenty of time (6 days) to complete it. It came out great and tasted good too, at a pretty reasonable price for custom work (less than 50$).
