I ordered their chicken strips and fries which are usually excellent. I obviously received tenders that had been sitting under a heat lamp and had gotten hard and soggy. The fries which are usually crispy and tasty were soggy and did not taste good at all. I ended up throwing them away. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed at the poor quality. It will be a while before I order again. It's a shame because I used to love this place.

AMAZING CHEAP FOOD I got a big box which is 4 tenders a lot of fries two sauces one side of your choice and a large drink for only $16.99 you can’t beat this for mall food and it was so much better than Popeyes and the gentleman at the counter was so polite and kind absolutely little gem that needs more business!!!

We have been to CHICKEN NOW bout 6 or so times. Everytime we have gone & brought meals home to enjoy,they have been perfectly cooked & soooo tasty!I do wish you got more than like 5 onion rings in an ordee,pretty skimpy I think! The fries are my Fav!!IDK what they do,but they have a crispy coating & taste better than any other fries I've had.
