My food is always hot and everything is always there the first time. But the other woman just sit in a chair trash talk Erica. That not job like. Yesterday my food was cold nasty all over. The place had a lot of attion the manger or who ever just sit around. So I will not be coming back unless Erica is working is the only way I’ll be spending money there is if she working. Yesterday bad experience. Every time Erica not there. It bad. So when Erica work every work. But when Erica is not there the other lady who would not give me her name. They sit around. Thank you Erica for always making sure it hot good me my buddy s love it. Keep it up“

“I was craving KFC and a promo popped up on my phone. The nearest location is over a mile away. I decided to order via the app to get the promo. It wouldn't work. Tried multiple times and tried to chat with a representative on the app but they kept disconnecting. I finally went to the restaurant. Amazingly when I walked in the order via the app worked, but it told me it would take 30 minutes. I then met the sweetest server I've ever met (I've worked in the service industry for 27 years) who asked if that was online order and was on top of it immediately. She was an African American woman wearing a gray tee shirt. I can't claim to know her name but it definitely began with the letter L. Rhymed with Lagunitas. She told me she works Tuesdays to Thursday and does not work weekend nights. Whoever is in charge of this place, this employee is GOLD. You do whatever you can to keep her because she knows how to take care of business. She knew how to handle every little thing and get the white boy on his way. I wish there had been an option to tip because I would have. I will definitely go back on the days she is working because she is amazing at her job. Please make sure that she sees how much I appreciated her service!“

“The food was delicious!...but we waited forever and we were stuffed in with people wall to wall just trying to order takeout and was on the more expensive side of fast food. I dont think I would go back just because it was so busy it felt like Penn Station during rush hour...imo not worth it just for a good chicken sandwich.“

“This is the first time I ever ate inside of a Chick-fil-A. All the other ones I've ever been to, I've either just used the drive through or the walk up window. Very nice, clean place, very quiet, great atmosphere. The best thing about Chick-fil-a, besides the great chicken, is that the employees. They always seem happy to help. Some places you go, it's like you're bothering the employees by being there, not a Chick-Fil-A.“
